Really great service and quality. Small issue with the hotel room, but was very quickly and efficently dealt with by the staff. Very pleased and impressed.

Located next to DLR transport into London was really simple.
As a new hotel all rooms, amenities were and a cracking level. The cost of staying at this hotel was lower than expected.
I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Having only been open for 4 weeks you would expect a decent hotel that provides a good experience. However, whilst there are still a few 'teething' problems (make sure they take your car reg when you check in), the quality of the hotel was at the high end for this particular brand. I use Express by Holiday Inn widely and this is the best establishment that I have stayed in.
Staff in particular are very helpful and friendly, especially the quite delightful young lady at Reception called 'Rennee' who quoted: "I love the job because I love meeting people". A wonderful attitude that will take her far.
Great location also, with the Prince Albert DLR station a mere two minute walk away. Don't expect a lot in the immediate area though as, other than other hotels, there are not any restaurants around, but a quick DLR ride will remedy that. Recommend a walk along the waterfront toward the O2. If you like aircraft, the view of London City airport across the dock and the aircraft taking off/landing is second to none.
Really good stay and I will return.
