I have written two reviews own this lodging. No change. Terrible eggs...worst anywhere. As a Platinum Member I should be reviewed for upgrade. Are you kidding...girl couldn't get off of her phone to even acknowledge my presence. No Platinum welcome package offered. It is always something here. Printer wouldn't work for my paperwork. I had to go ask for my receipt as it didn't show up at the room. Then was very nearly argued with regarding it's lack of delivery.
Holiday Inn Express, please don't ask me for my opinion and make no changes. My time is valuable. Bottom line...poor management.

Clean room, helpful friendly staff, everything we needed within walking distance. We stayed four nights and were never bothered by other guests or vehicle noise. All in all, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Rooms seemed dated and need updating. Room was clean, curtains did not work and drain in bathroom was slow. Overall this hotel was all right, but on a par with inexpensive brands.

My friend and I were traveling to visit my sister and her family, and like to break the trip into 2 parts. We had never stayed at this hotel, but we would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. The hotel staff was wonderful and knowledgeable, the hotel was immaculate, the rooms were wonderfully appointed, and extremely clean. The pool area was clean, and very nice, the breakfast had many fresh choices, and plenty of food. We would definitely come back!

The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Nice taller ceilings and a quiet atmosphere. Best sleep I've had in any other state I've been to.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. It could only be better if it had a hot tub but the pool was great. Will stay there abain very soon.
