Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Right on the money! Great experience at this property. We usually stay at this line of hotels due to the quality across the board. This location was no different. The only thing I REALLY wish they would do is make larger muffins available during breakfast. I always have to eat 5-6 of the tiny muffins! At any rate, I highly recommend this hotel. Also - join the IHG rewards program. It's worth it if you are a frequent traveler. January 20, 2014

We travel alot and stay at alot of different hotel brands. Out of all brands we prefer to stay at Holiday Inns because of the consistency of service and quality. See you next year!! And a shout to the front desk Roy, he was very helpful and thank you for assisting us old timers with our luggage. January 20, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay service - bad breakfast When checking into this Holiday Inn Express we had been traveling in snow and ice for 10 hours.....just was happy to get off the road. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite which was nice, but the room was so cold and took forever to warm up that I thought it would be nice to sit in a HOT tub of water.......wrong...there was hair in the tub from somebody else. They had an ice storm during the night and the breakfast person was unable to get to work. Needless to say the people that were working were not crossed trained in getting the breakfast bar ready. It was disgusting! Not at all up to the standards of Holiday Inn. When we were leaving I mentioned this to another employee that had just gotten to work and she was checking out the breakfast bar.....she said that they had all the "requirements" that Holiday Inn required. This might be, but the quality was not there! January 14, 2014
