The hotel stay was enjoyable, the service was good, breakfast was good and plentiful, with a variety of choices. The lobby and common hallways were clean, lighting was good. Only issue is the noise level, sound levels carried into room from partying guests in adjacent rooms. April 21, 2016

Pros -Friendly Staff including security guard -Very clean rooms including bathroom -Internet is surprisingly fast and reliable -Breakfast is great although they can have some more selections. -Manager is great and definitely treated us great. Cons: Check-in ran across uncalled issue from one of the staff because she failed to pay attention for details but was corrected. Again could've avoided it if she read the details of reservation. Parking space for the Hotel is a joke. At night time expect cars leave no room for you to get out if you don't find any space. Meaning you got to reverse your way out and hope to not hit a car. Very disgusting I say. Got accommodated next day at night to a separated parking lot. They actually charged me for it when they said I won't get charged according to my credit card statement., April 19, 2016

My only small complaints are that I wish there were more electrical outlets (especially around the bed), and that the bedroom lighting was a little brighter and that I had a little more control over the thermostat (i.e. temperature and fan setting). I consider those points quite minor and I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and will do so again in the future April 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Courteous, Comfortable, Quiet and Great location My husband recently stayed here as we were visiting our son at Fanshawe College. We loved our suite - felt just like home - spacious with a living area (sofa, chairs, TV) and separate bedroom with a door. It was quite and dark. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. And the morning breakfast had a variety of choices and was delicious. This will definitely be our hotel of choice from now on whenever we visit London area. April 17, 2016
