Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No sleep due to noise and poor heating system. No sleep due to too much noise from outside of the room, and in review with piers, that was the case for numerous floors, not just the 4th floor. When possible I will travel with our R.V. and provide my own comforts. The staff only made excuses, was not really that helpful in correcting the problems. I am not a criminal, and questions why they held a $250.00 damage deposit (that was a first in my life). They should have to pay interest on the money when the hotel pays you the refund. I was told that they would inspect the room before the damage deposit was returned. The inspection never happened, but I did receive a refund. P.S. They had my credit card number on file! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No control over loud customers Recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed that the staff did not deal with some people partying in a room on our floor. I finally called the front desk at 3:20am and it almost took 2 hours for everything to get quiet. When complained to front desk in the morning, they informed me no manager was available to speak to me and that there was no policy for staff to follow in this circumstance. I asked for a manager to follow up with me and to date no one has called. February 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean hotel!!! Staff accomodating! Have stayed here twice, each visit was great! The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable! The darkening room curtains are good. The staff are always smiling and the staff in the breakfast room make you feel at home and are always on their feet accommodating you. February 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating Staff From check-in to check-out the staff were excellent. One example really exemplified the attention to customer service. My son and I went out to get food for lunch as my dad stayed in the room. When we returned to the hotel, Dad was in the lobby and explained that our room was being cleaned. The front desk staff immediately realized that we were about to have a lunch in our room and offered the breakfast great room for us to have lunch. They even gave us the remote control to watch TV.
