The hotel was a decent hotel. BreAnn was a great service rep (Front Desk) and was very professional and friendly.
My room was on 1st floor. (102) right by the hall or stairway. This was noisy on a couple of nights. Poor sound deading, if any in the walls...could here clients walking up and down.
Carpet appeared 'very dusty' in the corners of the room. this is very evident when lights were on.
I could not connect to the internet with my iPhone or laptop, so I did not try any longer. I'm an IT guy and is simple process in most hotels. If it doesn't work, I don't bother to ask for help.
Whirlpool was out the one night I was going to try. disappointing as I could have used the relaxation after a long week.
Other than that, the hotel was good. Just not GREAT!

I have stayed at this hotel three times this year and was not disappointed. No matter what the position, each staff member takes their job seriously and exhibit professionalism. It is likely on any given day that guests will notice the manager checking in with various staff.
A really wonderful, safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay while away from home. Close to restaurants and well

Good service, and the staff was great. Could use renovation in the future in the rooms. Good location.
