Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaniness, Internet, Noise, The hotel was a decent hotel. BreAnn was a great service rep (Front Desk) and was very professional and friendly. My room was on 1st floor. (102) right by the hall or stairway. This was noisy on a couple of nights. Poor sound deading, if any in the walls...could here clients walking up and down. Carpet appeared 'very dusty' in the corners of the room. this is very evident when lights were on. I could not connect to the internet with my iPhone or laptop, so I did not try any longer. I'm an IT guy and is simple process in most hotels. If it doesn't work, I don't bother to ask for help. Whirlpool was out the one night I was going to try. disappointing as I could have used the relaxation after a long week. Other than that, the hotel was good. Just not GREAT! October 27, 2014

No matter what the position, each staff member takes their job seriously and exhibit professionalism. It is likely on any given day that guests will notice the manager checking in with various staff. A really wonderful, safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay while away from home. Close to restaurants and well located. October 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Eliminating Waste My only negative review would be that this hotel 9like so many others) use coffee packets (sugar, creamers, straws, etc) that almost guarantee a great deal of waste. Typically, one uses only a few items, leaving the rest to be thrown away. I hope hotels can begin researching better alternatives, that allow guest to just use the items they wish, leaving the non-desired items packages. I know there is probably a health reason for this. it just seems so wasteful. Also, I do not need my soap thrown away after using it once. I received new soap every day when it was nowhere near gone October 21, 2014

Only issue was that could not get signed into internet, called front desk and they tried to help for over half hour to include coming up to room to assist but never could get connection. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel/Worth Drive From Boulder Traveled from Virginia to see our daughter at CU Boulder, and to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, very much enjoyed our stay! Every staff member we met during the week was attentive, friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was upgraded, clean and spacious and the internet worked flawlessly. Very nice pool, water slide and hot tub to relax in the evening. Special thanks to the front desk clerk for cheerfully making many changes to our reservations and finding a taxi to get us back to Denver International, the night manager for her interest in our daily travels, and the wonderful lady who manages the breakfast area who makes a point to ask folks at every table if they have had enough to eat in the morning before taking the buffet down. If you are accustomed to paying the higher prices in Boulder, you might consider making a 10 minute drive to Longmont and give this hotel a try - Highly Recommended. October 15, 2014
