Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and brought in a refrigerator.

unfortunately, our king suite was above the pool (which we enjoyed very much with our grandchildren early evening).
however, when we retired at 10:30 pm there were still kids in the pool. we could hear them running up the stairs to the water slide and screaming as they slid down. finally, at 11:30 we turned the fan on the air conditioner to the "on" position and were able to fall asleep.
Beautiful facility and city with lots of amenities.

Internet did not work. Telephone tech support was unaware of any problem, and hung up the phone on me. Disrespectful. Went to front desk, they knew all about the broken Internet. How is it that front desk knew it was broken and telephone tech support did not? I had to move to a different wing of the hotel to get functioning internet. Made me late to my business meeting.

My wife and I took a detour from a business trip to visits friends. The Holiday Inn in Longmount CO. is in a nice quiet location, easy to find with plenty to do in the area. Room was quiet and the bed and pillows were perfect for a restful night of sleep

We arrived late the night before our Aunt's funeral and my cousins and I discovered we had not ordered flowers and the funeral was at 10:00 am the next day. The front desk woman took it upon herself to research florists that opened early and then followed up with us the next morning to see if we had been able to find a place. Wow - that is great customer service!
