Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CollegeMomandDad Visit to our daughter is always pleasent
We love staying at this hotel. When we took our daughter up to go to college this was the hotel that we choose to stay in. Throughout her 4 years of college we've stayed there at least two or three times a year. Now that's she's graduated, and settled in that area we still stay in this hotel. It's always been a wonderful experience.

This hotel is exactly what one would expect with Holiday Inn Express. It seemed to relatively new and well kept. The best thing about this location is its proximity to dining and bars. There are an array of things to do within a 2 min. walk from the hotel. Staff is also great and very welcoming.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by EFK00 First floor again? Front desk not engaged...
The bed & HBO were great.
I was given a first floor, adjacent to side exit room again...Ithis happens over and over and over. Tired of asking to change.
Front desk didnt care one bit that I existed.
Only edible breakfast is hard boiled eggs. Coffee grossly weak.

This flood displaced family needed a break and the Holiday Inn offered it. I wish the pool had been warm - it was ice cold! But the kids did not seem to care. The staff was so kind and really made sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Bed quality is deplorable, room had a dirty feel to it. Not an enjoyable stay. Not recommended.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Limeyonhistravels Just love this place
Stayed here twice on our recent trip to the USA . Four nights at the start of our trip in Colorado and two nights at the end. Perfect spot we found for touring the Rockies because close to the Park and secondly a nice town with plenty of choices for eating . The big Plus was that it is a working town and not reliant on tourism like Estes Park. Comfortable rooms as expected with HI X , great breakfast . The only criticism we could possibly make is no marmalade choice for Breakfast ( Jam not quite the same for our UK palates !!! ).
Staff absolutely great so friendly and helpful, thank you all for making our trip so pleasurable . You are an absolute credit to US hospitality . Take a bow
Will be recommending this place to UK folk wanting to see Rocky Mountain Park
