Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean/comfortable room and helpful staff I have stayed at this HIE several times and have never been disappointed. In fact, I plan my trips so I can either stop here on the way to my destination or on the way back home. Aaron has been manning the front desk on a few of my visits and he has always been very professional and helpful. Same goes for the personnel who prepare the morning breakfast buffet. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor King Suite Poor room quality for the price. My credit card was charged extra for incidentals and will not be refunded for several days. Sink was loose and falling apart. Water pressure was poor. air conditioning was poor. I spoke with staff several days later and was told a manager would contact me within a few hours and I never received a phone call. Check-in staff was nice and welcoming. February 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by King Suite not for a King Received a King Suite with no refrigerator or microwave. Called from desk was told that those only come with king suite. .preceded to tell the clerk I was in a King suite. Was then told that I could use the refrigerator at the front desk. I am a diabetic that had to have insulin therefore I ended up going to a gas station to pic up a color to store my insulin. I wasted my points on this hotel will never stay or recommend this hotel. Also it took over 30 minutes before the hot water became hot in order to take a bath. January 21, 2015
