Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NO HOT WATER Checked in late around 10;30 pm. Water barely got warm. Tried to take shower at 6;30am next morning, water WATER would not get HOT. Front desk was very understanding and said they would ADD points to my account. Its very uncomfortable not being able to be able to take shower May 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Keep On Driving We booked the hotel using my IHG points...talk abt a waste of points! We were put on the smoking floor in a smoking room!!! I have a 7 yr old traveling with me and a mother who is highly allergic to cigarette smoke following her chemo treatments. There was nothing else available in the hotel. The bathroom had rust on the metal and when they smoke in the room next to you it seeps into our room. The pool is not open, my child was heart broken! It's April 30th in Texas, more then warm enough to have it open. Was hoping to work out in the gym...there are 3 machines all el-cheapos and one is broken!!! The ONLY good thing to report is your first desk clerk Kerrington who went above and beyond trying to help us! She searched for a new room when we called down, sprinkled febreeze in hallway and gave us febreeze to spray in our room (although it did nothing to help) she did this all with a smile! We would have changed hotels but then we would have lost our hotel points we used for the room. Highly disappointed and would not stay here again or recommend to others. May 7, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room was good but pool was awful The breakfast was good. The room was ok but a bit worn in a couple of places. The pool was nasty, like not enough soap in the hotel to get rid of that feeling, nasty. There were bugs and leaves which I can live with but I also found a hamburger bun in the water. I'm not sure where the rest of the hamburger was. The water had an oily residue on top. When we arrived, there was a dead frog with it's guts squished out in the driveway. I had to keep my granddaughters from seeing that or we'd never have gotten in the door! May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Greatest Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at The Hotel staff front desk were the friendlies group of people we have ever met Aaryn Richardson , Karrington Brown & all this staff were awesome. Met all our needs and were very helpful in directing us to places we needed to be. They were very loving to my service animal and her needs as well. The room were so nice, comfortable beds ,great Breakfast each morning and the cleanest hotel ever. We will be back for sure and hope they still have all their wonderful staff. The manager was sweetest lady and she was always out to make sure every one had what they needed. We travel 90% of the year and never have we felt so at home. They all need Raises Big Ones.
