I would recommend this hotel . Nice employees and safe clean area.
Bathroom lighting good, beds comfortable.

We always love staying here! Our grandkids live in Lonoke and we visit often... we have yet to be disappointed. We were a little sad to find that our favorite Manager no longer works here. The entire staff are awesome, the rooms are clean and fresh smelling, and the dining area staff and food are always top-notch. We love that they allow pets as we will not travel without our 2 little dogs.

The night staff was great. I was impressed with the room upon arrival. Slept wonderfully, but when I woke up I found several bugs in my bed. It is very disconcerting finding bugs in your bed after you have slept with them. I reported this to the front desk, the employee's response "Oh, I am so sorry that you experienced this. I will report this to our maintenance person. Have a great day."
Bugs might happen sometimes, it has never happened in any of the places I have stayed before and I would have expected some follow up.

Our room was very quiet and comfortable even though it was next to the elevator. I would recommend the hotel except for the fact that acceptable dining choices in the local area were limited to KFC and McDonald's. There were other restaurants available but they were either closed by 6pm or were poorly rated on the internet. The access to the hotel from I-40 was easy. We skipped breakfast so no rating there.

For the amount being charged I believe to be too much. Holiday Inn Express has went down overall in regard to the quality provided.

The manager greeted me as I walked in and that was great because I had just driven 7.5 hours and needed to check in early to change for a meeting . he was awesome at handling my request.

Nice staff. Room had some issues, air conditioner didn't seem to cool room, hair on extra bed and dirty napkin or Kleenex beside fridge. The bathroom faucet leaked around the bottom of it. Parking seemed to be an issue. Took extra care for my wife being a heart patient who was not feeling well.
