The staff was very helpful with information and locations on where we could find a variety of good places to have dinner. We have stayed here before and will be staying at this location again. Wasn't too thrilled with the area around the hotel or the dinner choices available in the area. Rooms were quite roomy and comfy, but the WiFi was super slow. This could have been accepted 5 years back but in this day and age, certainly not. January 3, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Should have been better Holiday Inn Hotels should make sure that guests will be comfortable. Refrigerators should work well in each room. Don't make it necessary for guests to move one room to another to find working equipment. Air conditioner should be able to rapidly and very adequately create a comfortable environment. Trash baskets in rooms and bathrooms should always have hygienic plastic liners. Beds should have an assortment of pillow types (e.g. soft feather pillows) for greater guest comfort. If you have a heated indoor pool, keep it warm enough to be comfortable. Your room charges are not cheap. Guests should be able to expect better value. December 15, 2015
