I travel about 90 nights per year and always try to stay at this hotel when I'm in Louisville.
It's in a great location, is very clean, and the staff are friendly. Some of the furnishings are starting to show some wear, and that will need to be addressed soon.
I highly recommend this property.

We pulled in late and were so tired. The front desk clerk was so pleasant and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

I have stayed at this particular hotel twice within a four week time span and it truly was a relaxing one. The beds are quite comfortable and the staff and service was great. On my first visit, the heat was not working properly and within 10 minutes or so, they had another room available for me to move to. I was quite surprised and impressed that they moved so quickly to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am always treated like family at this hotel. Marylisa and Art always make checking in easy and they always are very responsive to any of my needs. Angie and Pam always take good care of me when checking out and also in getting a room on a last minute request. And Gwenda is always great when eating breakfast. This is a great place to stay!

Although the entire staff should be commended i find myself compelled to compliment Pam as well as the young lady that hosts the breakfast area. they are the definition of courtesy, professionalism and personal service. My job requires road travel weekly and have been in this hotel for 6 weeks (no laughing). Please commend the entire staff for cleanliness attention to detail and their friendly demeanors. i must say i always aim for the holiday inn express brand but this staff EXCEEDS all expectations. they are to be praised!!

Although the breakfast was good, I think children should not be allowed in the dining area without the adult they are at the hotel with. That morning they were very disruptive.

An excellent location, prompt and especially cheerful check in from the front desk supervisor. He was genuine and a real pleasure to meet at a very late hour check in.
One of the cleanest Holiday Inn Express at which I have lodged. Only suggestion is some humidification in the rooms - it was extremely dry which made sleep a little difficult.
I will be back!

Arrived very late in the evening. Every staff member was warm and welcoming. Room and comfort exceeded our expectations. Wonderful breakfast. Easy access on/off freeway. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was in a quiet spot outside of Louisville, KY. Located just off the main highway with easy access in and out. There were nice chain restaurants nearby, and nice on-site amenities. Would stay again if in the area.

I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express three times now with my team of technicians. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the welcoming staff. They are extremely helpful, always ask if there is anything they can help with, and immediately take care of any requests that I or my team has. The rooms are extremely clean, well lighted, spacious and very comfortable. The added benefit of a small refridgerator, microwave and coffee pot is wonderful for the working away from home traveler - which we are. The only short fall is the wireless internet service is not the best, however, we are technicians working in this industry and we were capable of using the resources we already had so this wasn't a show stopper. We love this hotel and we will stay here again if the business presents itself.

The gentleman at the desk, Don or Dan was superb. He offered water, was extremely helpful in showing us a map of the city and routes to different attractions we were interested in. He was a super pleasant individual.
The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely come back should our travels bring us to Louisville again.
