The room met my expectations in every way. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

My experience was good. However, the air conditioner unit had trouble heat the room, and it made loud sounds occasionally
The beds were nice, but the toilet had stains in it.

We had a whirlwind weekend trip and finally got off the interstate at 1 am. The hotel was easy to find and right off the road. The night manager was friendly at that hour and our room was clean and comfortable.

All staff members were great to work with and were super friendly. Seeing my name on the IHG Member board was fun to see first thing too. Location is great for the Louisville/Lexington area.

A very standard Holiday Inn experience - which is GREAT! The most memorable part was the two women at the desk who assisted with check- in and gave us a great restaurant recommendation - Mark's Feed Store BBQ - it's not far and it is super delicious.
Holiday Inn properties are so consistent and reliable what you remember is how helpful the staff is especially when you are hungry in an unfamiliar place.
Pillows rocked! Its holiday inn!

Becky is a great asset to this location as she is bubbly, pleasant, smiles a lot, happy, cheerful, and helpful. We were very happy with the wonderful staff, clean room, and pleasant stay. A great location!

Had a king room. This is only the second Holiday Inn that because of having our rewards card (that is free) gave us cold bottled water and snacks when we checked in. They also had fresh baked cookies for everyone. This small token is great when on a long trip. The room was extremely clean even the vent in the bathroom! The hot tub was perfect hot and clean very relaxing. The king bed was the most comfortable I have slept in! Only negative I can say was I requested to have AC turned on and room cold upon arrival because we were motorcycle riding and we knew we would be very hot. Sadly, it was not. But within about 30-45 mins room was cool.

Very pleasant and welcoming desk staff. Friendly greetings any time of day or night. The room was extra large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good and the breakfast room was kept immaculate. We were asked if we as Rewards Club members wished to have a late checkout, we didn't have to ask ourselves. Overall we highly recommend this hotel.

Our family stayed for one night. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. The desk staff were helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we are in the Louisville area. Recommended!

Way to go Louisville!! I must admit this was the best check in experience I've ever had in all the Holiday Inn's I've stayed in, including Europe's Holiday Inn's . My hats off to Becky who checked us in. My brother and sister in law was equally impressed. The too were wowed as we were recognized for our Platinum status. Regardless of the status, Becky was superb and should be if not already a model for customers service perfection. Once again, thanks for making us feel at home.

We had to book a King ADA room. Our issue wasn't the ADA room but that face that all the amenities that make the room usable for a non-disable person were broken. For example the shower holder was broken so you couldn't hang the shower head up to shower. The big issue is that that holes for the head were filled show no indication of future repair. Same for towel hanger on the back of the door. Staff was absolutely fantastic, hotel was extremely clean. We spoke to the staff and they said they would fix it. I hope so, this is a great hotel and a great experience shouldn't be downgraded over some easily fixed maintenance issues.
We would definitely give them another try.

We stayed in Room 221. This room was listed as a suite which normally brings to mind a "cut above the rest" so to speak.....wrong! Here is a sampling of what we encountered:
> Wallpaper in bath area peeling off the wall
> Frame around full length mirror fell off.
> Eating area had a table and chairs and nothing else
> Ceiling fixture in that area had no cover
> Knob on wardrobe was missing
> And as if this wasn't enough, the 2nd floor had no ice machine
and of course there was no ice in the frig.
When I called the front desk to complain the answer I received was that these problems would be handled by the maintenance man but he was off today.....sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say we will NOT be visiting this location again.

This HI has a great front desk staff. Personable and more than willing to go the extra mile.
The motel is a little dated and worn. My room had a very musky smell the entire stay and the wallpaper was peeling in places.
The bed was super comfortable and provided a good nights sleep.
Cleaning staff was average or a little below.
Overall a good experience but not my usual HIE experience. The staff made up for some of the shortcomings

The room was great. My only issue was I was on the 4th floor (the smoker's floor). My room didn't smell of smoke, but the hallway reeked of the smoke smell.

The room was fine and the breakfast normal for a HIX, but my big issue was that I was out on business and needed some rest. I called for a 6:00 am wakeup call and I was staying in room 317. My wakeup call came at 3:17 which really messed up my hoped for rest. The commercial about, "I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express" was not true for me.

I stay here 6 or so times a year, when doing business in Louisville. Right of 64, close to lots of restaurants including my 2 favorites in Louisville. Staff is always great, never had an issue. Rooms are always clean, hotel is always busy so parking can be an issue when returning from a late dinner.
The only negative I have is I get a stronger wifi signal from the hotel next door than this hotel. They really need to improve their wifi signals or add more antenna's especially on the 4th floor. Wish I had the password for the place next door since their signal is stronger, but luckily I have a hot spot.
I will continue to stay here though, so close to perfect. just fix the wifi.

Stayed here this year when over for the Mid America Truck Show, I normally stay opposite the Convention Centre, but as I failed to book early enough it was full so decided to stay about 15 minutes out at Jeffersonville. Really was a good move, excellent rooms, swimming pool and jacuzzi was great plus the fitness room. The free Breakfast was very good and free cookies in the foyer during the day. A little way out of town but nice a peacefull area with little or no traffic noise, will definitely stay here again.

What more can you say? Loved the elderly men at checkin. Super courteous & attentive. More hotels should utilize our aged community in this capacity. Did have one issue that was super disappointing though, my Mary Kay Moisturizer disappeared from my room the first day there. Really strange - must have gotten wrapped up in the linens - cause no one would risk their job over that!
