Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb staff Staff very attentive to our needs. Felt welcomed. The bed was much more comfortable than comparative chains. We appreciated having two treadmill machines - most similar chains only have one of each machine. The breakfast offered healthy (my wife) and tasty (me) choices. July 30, 2015

We were delighted to find a great room to rest while visiting a relative in the hospital. The room had everything we needed, and a bonus of a HUGE TV ( 60" , or bigger flat screen Smart TV !!!!) Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just ok Pool and jacuzzi room very hot! The jacuzzi didn't work and pool didn't look real clean. Not enough food for breakfast. Tables needed wiped off. One good thing was that the bed was comfortable. I'm not sure that I'd stay there again. July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service My husband and I checked into this hotel around 8:30pm on the 4th of July 2015. We had stayed here once before while in the area and the service was great. This stay was not so great. As we entered the hotel I noticed the floors were not very clean and there was some sort of odor. The young lady Sabrina had our room ready as soon as we got there. When we went into our room I went into the restroom to wash my hands so I could eat the food that we had brought, but the water in the sink had a foul odor, so I let the water run for about 4 or 5 minutes before the smell went away. So I thought since it was some construction going on in the area, it might have been a busted water line or something of that nature. So everytime we use the water we would have to let it run for about 4 to 5 minutes before that smell went away. Then when I got ready for bed, I noticed the linens did not smell fresh. It seemed as though the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guest. We stayed in room 312 with 2 queen beds, and the first bed that I laid on had not been changed. The other bed had clean linen on it. So on Sunday we left to go to church, and after church we went to eat with our church family and did not arrive until after 5pm. When we got to our room the beds had not been made or changed, the trash was still in our room. We went downstairs and told the young lady Sabrina, that our room had not been cleaned, and she said she was so sorry, and some one would clean it tomorrow. I told her we were leaving the next day and she just said I'm so sorry. Well, we have decided to take this hotel off our list of hotels to stay at while in the area. July 11, 2015

They are constantly upgrading the rooms and the facility as an investment to guest comfort. I have experienced their commitment to continual improvement for many years.
