Very nice staff, cleanliness you expect, great pool with slide for the kids....Had to leave this hotel quickly due to sons surgery issues, staff were very helpful in checking us out to help get us to another hotel.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Loveland was a home run! My daughter and I needed a location close to her volleyball tournament. It was located down the street from the tournament location! The room was modern, warm and comfortable! We felt totally pampered. The breakfast choices were great too! We would stay there again with the rest of our family most definitely!!!!

apron arrival the staff greeted me as if they knew me. My room was ready and the heater was set to a comfortable temp.

As a couple we look to get away to enjoy time away the cost and location for restaurants and shopping are a short trip for us to relax and enjoy time together already made reservations for the spring for our anniversary.

I have a couple of suggestions. First, make sure the room cleaning staff un-sets alarm clocks. The alarm in an adjacent room went off at 5:00.
I dropped a pill by my bedside. When I lifted the skirt to look under the bed...wow. In need of serious vacuuming.
Through the night we noticed the furnace was impossible to adjust: set in on 69 and it blows cold. St it on 70 and it's too hot.
Friends who stayed in a HI in south Denver that night paid half.

Young veteran on the desk that night went out of his way to help us. We had reservations in Cheyenne after leaving from Salt Lake City. Due to high winds they closed hwy 80 so we diverted to Loveland and he helped us cancel our reservation in Cheyenne. Unable to cancel our reservation by calling the Priority Club number listed on the back of their card. Special thanks to that young man who was working about 2PM.
