Young veteran on the desk that night went out of his way to help us. We had reservations in Cheyenne after leaving from Salt Lake City. Due to high winds they closed hwy 80 so we diverted to Loveland and he helped us cancel our reservation in Cheyenne. Unable to cancel our reservation by calling the Priority Club number listed on the back of their card. Special thanks to that young man who was working about 2PM.

Arrived Oct. 18. Airlines lost bags. Said they would deliver to hotel and leave at front desk. Clerk made a note of it since he was about to clock out. Sat. AM called to check on bags. Young lady said they were not there. Called Airlines they said they had left them at the front desk. I personally went to check, she looked real quick, said they were not there. Are you sure? Yes, I am sure. Called Airlines notify our bags were not delivered. They said delivered at 10:30 pm, they had a signature. Went back to front desk. Told her, she still said the bags were not there. Told her the Airlines had a signature. Oh, maybe the night clerk knows about them. I will call him.Saw she made no attempt. Told here it was important we get our clothes. Call the clerk, I will wait for the answer. She got huffy. Mad, "IT IS NOT MY FAULT I WAS NOT ON DUTY". Never said it was your faulty, all I want is our clothes. Night clerk did not note he put them in storage, she not look either. We got our bags!. Need training!!

Noisy because of motorcycle meeting nearby. Good bar and grill food available next doo with Perkins across the street.

The service was friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Where we were at in the hotel was quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

The place is beautiful from the outside, and that is about where it ends. WiFi internet connection is pretty much non-existent. You will likely need to reset your room key every 2-3 days, and only enter through the front door, because the side entrance has been not working for the past 2+ weeks. The elevator is so slow, you can probably walk the steps a lot faster. If there is more than a few people on the elevator, you will want to take the steps anyway, because it is just that small. Good luck with laundry, and make sure you bring your own towels to the gym and the pool. Don't bother bringing a DVD player, because the hotel TV is rigged so that you can only buy movies from them, ranging from about $4.99 to $15.99 (for the good movies#. Oh yeah, if you do spend the $15.99, don't count on the movie working anyway. Although, I must admit, the hotel did refund my money for that at least. Pray that the Ever-Ready batteries #really? who uses ever-ready batteries anymore?# don't die in your smoke detector at 2:15 am, or you will be forced to get up and deal with that. There is more, but I think you get the idea. If you're traveling and need a place to get a few hours of shut eye and get back on the road, this might work for you, but do NOT attempt to spend any amount of time there. I spent three weeks #not by choice), and am still trying to recover!

The rooms were excellent and the front desk staff did all they could to help you. They went out of their way to help. Would stay there agin with no hesitation.

It was a busy weekend with the car show. The front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Of course, we had a trailer to park and they were so helpful to tell us where to go etc etc. It is refreshing to find young girls who respect their job and sincerely act like they are getting paid to do a great job!

Staff told my wife that I had not made a reservation and that they had no rooms available. My wife asked if the reservation could be searched using my reward number and the staff said no. I was out of town myself and not easy to reach so when I finally received the message that they claimed no reservation was made I had to drop everything and determine what happened. When the confirmation was given to Hannah the front desk clerk there it was. Staff should be more helpful especially considering the number of stays with this chain that my family and I have every year. Hannah's service was terrible.
