Arrived Oct. 18. Airlines lost bags. Said they would deliver to hotel and leave at front desk. Clerk made a note of it since he was about to clock out. Sat. AM called to check on bags. Young lady said they were not there. Called Airlines they said they had left them at the front desk. I personally went to check, she looked real quick, said they were not there. Are you sure? Yes, I am sure. Called Airlines notify our bags were not delivered. They said delivered at 10:30 pm, they had a signature. Went back to front desk. Told her, she still said the bags were not there. Told her the Airlines had a signature. Oh, maybe the night clerk knows about them. I will call him.Saw she made no attempt. Told here it was important we get our clothes. Call the clerk, I will wait for the answer. She got huffy. Mad, "IT IS NOT MY FAULT I WAS NOT ON DUTY". Never said it was your faulty, all I want is our clothes. Night clerk did not note he put them in storage, she not look either. We got our bags!. Need training!!

Noisy because of motorcycle meeting nearby. Good bar and grill food available next doo with Perkins across the street.

The service was friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Where we were at in the hotel was quiet. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay.

The place is beautiful from the outside, and that is about where it ends. WiFi internet connection is pretty much non-existent. You will likely need to reset your room key every 2-3 days, and only enter through the front door, because the side entrance has been not working for the past 2+ weeks. The elevator is so slow, you can probably walk the steps a lot faster. If there is more than a few people on the elevator, you will want to take the steps anyway, because it is just that small. Good luck with laundry, and make sure you bring your own towels to the gym and the pool. Don't bother bringing a DVD player, because the hotel TV is rigged so that you can only buy movies from them, ranging from about $4.99 to $15.99 (for the good movies#. Oh yeah, if you do spend the $15.99, don't count on the movie working anyway. Although, I must admit, the hotel did refund my money for that at least. Pray that the Ever-Ready batteries #really? who uses ever-ready batteries anymore?# don't die in your smoke detector at 2:15 am, or you will be forced to get up and deal with that. There is more, but I think you get the idea. If you're traveling and need a place to get a few hours of shut eye and get back on the road, this might work for you, but do NOT attempt to spend any amount of time there. I spent three weeks #not by choice), and am still trying to recover!

It was a busy weekend with the car show. The front desk staff was very accomodating and helpful. Of course, we had a trailer to park and they were so helpful to tell us where to go etc etc. It is refreshing to find young girls who respect their job and sincerely act like they are getting paid to do a great job!

Staff told my wife that I had not made a reservation and that they had no rooms available. My wife asked if the reservation could be searched using my reward number and the staff said no. I was out of town myself and not easy to reach so when I finally received the message that they claimed no reservation was made I had to drop everything and determine what happened. When the confirmation was given to Hannah the front desk clerk there it was. Staff should be more helpful especially considering the number of stays with this chain that my family and I have every year. Hannah's service was terrible.

Only problem we had was we had 4 adults in the room and were always given 3 towels. Constantly had to go to front desk for an additional towel.
Fitted sheets were not fitted well and kept coming off the mattress.

After dealing with hip surgery the wife and I needed a night out to get away from the family, it was what the doctor ordered. The staff was very helpful with my special needs. The room was clean and comfortable. The step in shower was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for better.

Had several issues while on property. Breakfast bar had severe limitations as far as quantity goes. To make matters worse, I watched a few of the hotel workers getting food when there wasn't enough for the guests.
Second issue was that there was never any towels in the pool area. I would go to the front desk and make a second trip until the towels would finally arrive.
Another issue is that the phone service was turned off the morning of check-out. I had issues with my bill, but it forced me to go downstairs to get it cleared up.
The last main issue is that I had five rooms, but the billing and point system got all screwed up prior to my checking out. It was all okay on check-in, but got screwed up at check-out.

While my husband and I were waiting to check in July 4th,we sat down in the lobby. there were 3 people also waiting to check in . The gentleman at the desk completely ignored us and started to check in walk-ups. We 5 people were brought up the fact that you pride yourself in guarenteeing 2PM check-in. the desk clerk appeared uninterested in solving this problem.A woman from illinois was very upset she was waiting there in the lobby for 45 min. we let her go first ,I,m sure you heard from her also, so we're not just making a big deal about something trivial.we travel a lot ,seek lodging about 6-8 places a year.we;re never coming back !

This is probably one of the nicest HIE I have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was the breakfast attendant was not too on top of things. I got down @ 7am and all the coffee thermoses were empty I went up to the front desk and the clerk was receptive to my request for more coffee and it was done. I also heard other people complaining about food running low. But overall this was a very nice stay and recommend this hotel for sure.

As expensive as this particular HI is, we were very disappointed in the way the hotel is being kept up. Our room wouldn't lock despite the lock being reset twice. Laundry facility broke down and not fixed while we were there. The room that we did end up getting was not completely cleaned, had a day old newspaper, an alcoholic drink on the end table and a crumpled up washcloth and shampoo in the shower. We would like at least one of our two night's stays refunded to us or some sort of other compensation. We stay at a lot of HI and the only thing redeeming about Loveland was the friendliness of the staff. Thanks! PS: I have pics of things left in the room if you would like to see.

Elevator is ridiculously slow in this hotel, and it is very small so only one family at a time could get on it. Only one elevator for all floors. Beds were not pillow tops, and pillows left a lot to be desired. Breakfast selections were good, and the girl did a good job of restocking. Had asked for adjoining rooms, and we were on separate floors. Front desk attendant moved us to same floor, but not adjoining rooms. Also, the email for this location does not work. Was asking for an early check in as we were attending a wedding, and the email was undeliverable.
Pool with water slide was packed. Unfortunately, there were small children in the hot tub area with no parents with them.

value (plus priority club award points), we always stay with Holiday Inn Express. Always a wonderful experience - friendly and so helpful staff.
Holiday Inn Express is our home away from home!

Overall stay was good but the beds are to hard and the pillow size is way too small. I stay at Holiday Inns a lot and I will be changing places I stay at if this is not corrected.

My first stay at this hotel was short but overall a good experience. First off, I was quite impressed with the fit and finish of this hotel. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our room was a king, kids suite, which my 2 boys loved (6&9)! Bunk beds, bean bags and their own TV was a great perk! The pool is tiny, but because of the slide - didn't phase my kids. They loved it and I had to drag them to bed. The breakfast was very good for a buffet. A lot of different food to choose from and very clean, fresh and good. The only issue I had was the juice machine was broken, so no apple, orange or cranberry juice. The worse part of the trip was the bed and the noise. The king bed we slept in was hard as a rock and the pillows were tiny. Also, we could hear every movement of the people above us and could not sleep till they finished moving around. I expect a little of this at all hotels, but it seems that the Holiday Inn brand hotels are especially bad. Anyway, it is an overall nice hotel, but not quite as comfortable as I hoped. We are going back in a few weeks, mostly because the kids enjoyed it so much.

Our room was so comfortable and the kid's room (complete with bunk bed) was perfect for our stay. We had a great view of the mountains and the staff was really friendly. They were also very responsive to our needs. We also loved having our breakfast near a cozy fireplace.
