I have stayed at HIE properties all across the country for years. This property and more imortantly, the management and staff are among the best. How many GM's do you see helping in the kitchen area early in the morning?
Always very helpful and couteous.

We loved Holiday Inn Express and were thankful and excited to find this new facility on our trip to Kerrville, TX. We have stayed in Lubbock on previous visits but this is the first time at this Holiday Inn Express. When we walked into the room on Saturday late afternoon, November 23, 2013 the air conditioner was running, the room was ice cold - thermostat showed 51 degrees!!! We turned on the heat and left to get dinner. The room was still not warm when we returned. Also, we were unable to get hot water in the bathroom sink but after running the water in the shower for 15-20 minutes finally got water hot enough to shower the next morning.
Granted, the night we stopped was the night of an ice/snow storm, but still not pleased with such a cold room and little to no hot water.
We will stay with you again because we are counting on this being an anomaly.

FIRST CONTACT WITH KIM AT FRONT DESK...OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ....ROLLED OUT RED CARPET FOR MY 21 USMC WAR HERO AND SOOOOO GRATEFUL TO HER EXTRA KINDNESS...GIVE HER A RAISE OTHER MENTIONS ARE FRIENDLY GM TONY, AND FRONT DESK BRYAN AND NEW CHRIS.

As a seasoned traveler, I have to say this NEW Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotel in Lubbock (off I 27 South) was a good find. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location for the business traveler.

This hotel is new, and very nice. The front desk folks were nice and friendly. The room was nice, and the bed was good. The issue I have, is that I was billed for an additional night, and I wasn't there. I called, and was told I would have to speak to the GM, Tony. I called back, and spoke to him, and explained to hm that it had to be a duplicate charge. He said he would have to check everything out, and would get back to me that day. That was a week ago today. I called back 5 days later and left a message for him. No call back yet.

On my first visit to to this area I was pleasantly surprised to have chosen such a great hotel. Everything about my room was new, clean and much larger than I expected. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did an awesome job. Upon arrival (an hour before check-in time due to my flight arrival) I was told that there was not a room available yet, but the manager on duty overheard and was able to get me in a room quickly.
