However, your desk clerks are exceptional. VERY courteous, helpful, and appropriate. From our check-in to check-out, they set the tone of our visit and helped make it a pleasant, successful trip. They accommodated our stay and even let us stay beyond the noon hour the following day. The staff's compassion and understanding impressed my family and I.
