I was able to travel through Lubbock in late April 2013. From the time you get the this property until the time that you leave, you are treated as their #1 guest. The front desk personnel went above and beyond to adhere to any and every request. Special thanks to Suzanne for her help in accommodating my sister and her husband at the last minute. Definately my choice while traveling through Lubbock.

My reservation was easy for the staff to find. Loved the clean rooms and friendly staff. I mentioned that I was sick and the receptionist assured me my room was easy to get to, so I could hurry up and get some rest.
The entire staff frequently asked me regarding my well being to which I answered that I was progressively recovering.
I am coming back to this Holiday Inn again!

We booked the meeting room for a going away dinner for my husband who was about to deploy to Afghanistan, and it was so great. They set up the chairs and tables, for us. The gentlemen who was working the front desk that evening was great, he helped get more chairs and tables, extra trash bags. We will highly recommend this location to our friends and family and will use them again. Overall great experience!! Thank You!!

By far the best place I have ever stayed in Lubbock and that includes with family. Very nice hotel and the staff was superb. Room was always clean and staff who handled breakfast was the best I have seen in a very long time. Didnt matter if it was early morning or late morning there was always a variety and it was fresh.

We chose this hotel based on a prior stay at a Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. We were in town for college baseball games. The suite was everything we needed - and more. We have not traveled a lot in the last few years and were wonderfully pleased by the comfort of the room. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast provided was a good start to our day.

My son and I stayed at this hotel on a recommendation from a friend. We came into town just to visit and take a short vacation. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member who helped me get the correct government discount that was not offered on the website. But the young man helped me patiently and quickly. My son and I shared a king sized bed that was harder than we like but not unbearable. Our remote to the tv didn't work so we went down and the young man switched out the remote because he couldnt find the screw driver to change the batteries. Went back up to the room and the remote still didnt work. Went back downstairs where he somehow managed to change the batteries. Went back upstairs and yay, it worked. We went to the pool and was welcomed with a sign on the door advising us that the heater was not working but was told it was still "swimmable". My son jumped in and almost went into shock and his lips turned blue. The water was a ice cold 60 degrees. I tried to get in but was unable to stand it for more than a second. We could have been told about this earlier and we would have made other arrangements. My son was very very disappointed. It's the only reason we wanted to stay at this location. The next morning we awoke to the maids slamming doors at a bright and early 7 am on a Saturday. I understand its their job but there is no reason to allow the doors to slam behind you each and every time you enter a room. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff was very nice and quick to help with fresh items. No fruit which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Our air conditioner worked very well. The overall stay was worth the price and I will stay again, however I will call ahead and make sure the pool heater is working. Location is easy access to whole town.
