Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay! My girlfriend and I stayed here after the Texas Tech vs K-State game. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, personable, and seemed genuinely interested in our well being. They upgraded our rooms from Standard Rooms to a Queen and King Executive Suite. The room was very clean, nice, and spacious. The breakfast was great, the complimentary cookies were great! The only problem I had at all with the hotel was the parking lot which was clearly under construction. It wasn't horrible, I just felt like the entrance needed more light on it since half of the entrance was coned off and closed off. Overall, a great place to stay, friendly staff, easy to find, and comfortable and clean rooms. November 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment upon arrival We drove around the hotel three times before finding the entrance, it was blocked with a skidsteer and not easy to see the entrance. Our room was wrong, I had called prior to arrival to confirm a hide a bed, the room we were given did not have a hide a bed for our children. The staff quickly re-assigned our room. Checked in late and check out early. November 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff were great Prior stays at this hotel, the food was cook great and all week there was a variety. This time when I stayed 5 days, first morning, not enough food at all and the food was greasy. The next four mornings, the was plenty of food but again, it was greasy and it was exactly the same every single morning. The staff were great, the room was clean, the mattress was ok. The pool was not ventilated well but it was clean. The fitness room was not well maintained. This hotel is not that old but the rooms are showing more wear than I thought they should. Would I stay there again? I would try it again because the staff are great but if the food is not better, then no I will not come back. November 16, 2015

Front desk personnel are always in the back and whenever I needed something I had to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to come by. Construction on the driveway made it real difficult to park. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Great Hotel I have stayed at this HI Express several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This always makes my business travel more successful. Carlos has always made me feel at home. He has a genuine interest in helping guests have a pleasant stay. Thank you Carlos! Mackenzie gives a warm and friendly greeting and is helpful. All of the staff works to make the gusts feel welcome. My appreciation and congratulation goes to the Manager. It may be a little hard to find, but well worth staying at this HI Express.
