I was impressed by the appearance of the
facilities and the cleanliness. However, a soft mattress,
no extra blankets, and an uncomfortable pillow caused
a night of not much sleep. The free breakfast was
a nice bonus, and the staff was friendly.

my family and I had to find somewhere to sleep after a long day's drive so stopped in at this Holiday inn express. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this hotel. They were genuinely friendly and helpful at all times. The room and breakfast were great and what I would expect at this type of hotel. But the service was above and beyond!

Made reservation using the 1-800 number and was given a king suite. They sent me confirmation email with this hotel room. Three hours before arrival I received a call from the hotel telling me that they did not have any more rooms available. Yet, they could give me a room with king bed. I explained that we had four members to my family and that was not enough room. I eventually stated that it was fine but only if we got a cot. She agreed. Upon check in I reminded the desk clerk that we needed a cot in the room. He told me he would bring one. We went to our room and it was a smoking room. I had asked for non smoking and am allergic to smoke. Then, we called an hour later and asked for the cot again. They said sorry and would bring one. We then were told that they had already given out all of the cots. We asked for extra blankets and were given those so my son could sleep on floor. No apology was given. Not worth the price if you have to sleep on the floor! Very upsetting after a day of travel. We did enjoy the breakfast so that was a plus after getting kicked by my daughter all night :). I put recommend because I am hoping no one else will have the same experience as us.
