He was very contentious and attentive for the duration of our stay. He went out of his way to help us anytime we asked for assistance. I only wish I remembered his name! All the staff was very attentive; however, this young man stood out to us the most! April 15, 2015

We use the navigation system in our car and for some reason it lead us to a point that was about 2 miles short of the hotel. We gave a call to the hotel and the young lady that answered knew exactly where we were at and told us how to get to the hotel. We all had a good laugh about it and she was so pleasant at check in. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly run location No way to turn on the shower in our room, called front desk who said they would check into it, but never got back to me. Went down to breakfast, and no breakfast. Hotel management expected the teenager at the front desk to take care of everything and help customers, which was obviously too much for him. April 1, 2015
