Room was clean and nice, bed very comfortable w/ good selection of pillows soft and firm. Breakfast was good as it almost always is at Holiday Inn Express. I was most impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. free fresh cookies and coffee and the really large, nice pool. The pool is in a wood paneled room and is very large. Not your standard hotel pool at all. There are also multiple entrances to this building so no matter where your room is, there is an entrance right by it so you aren't hauling your bags very far. The only drawbacks I found were no refrigerator in the room and only a relatively small round table w/ 2 chairs - not the best set-up for someone traveling on business like I was to be able to set up a computer and spread out work. Free Wi-Fi and over all really nice hotel. Good, central location.

Have stayed here several times and as usual very good stay. The added gift bags and extra goodies for New Years Eve were above and beyond the required ... good job guys. Your staff is always some of the best.

Our suite was perfect for our needs. The view of the pool area as we departed our room each day was lots of fun too. Great location to the Ludington area activities, and reasonable price.

We had a very nice stay with our grandkids just prior to Christmas 2012. Very nice pool and hot-tub. Great breakfast with alot of selection. we would return in a heartbeat!

I have been to very few hotels that have been as good an experience as this hotel. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They greet you with a smile always and try to do whatever they can to make you comfortable. The greeting at the reception desk was very comfortable and made me feel at home right away. The pool is great; indoors, which is good in this part of the country. The breakfast was always very good and offered some variety every day, which is good when you are there for an extended period. They keep bringing clean and fress food so it doesn't get stale in the hot plates. The room was always cleaned to perfection, The only complaint that I had is that their laundry service doesn't fold your shirts and gives them to you on hangers. You have to fold them in order to get them into your suitcase. The experience would have been perfect if it wasn't for that little detail. I am still giving it a 5 because they contract that out and it was a very minor detail. I will defenitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody that asks.

Very nice facility. Has a large covered entry way both in front and back for unloading and loading in bad weather. Room was very clean and well maintained. What you expect from Holiday Inn.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is always great. The front desk is always nice and helpful with questions, early or late check in/out, and anything needed. I did not find a microwave in the breakfast area which is a negative. Being on the road for an extended period of time it is nice to have one to us. Other than that great stay and make sure you check out the great restaurants downtown.

Our nephew was recently married in Ludington, and all the guests and wedding party stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The morning after the wedding, we all gathered in the breakfast room to share the meal and our best wishes for the couple before saying our goodbyes.

I have NO bad comments at all on the staff. They all go out of there way to assist you and they are very friendly with a "HUGE SMILE". The interior is well maintained.
The exterior landscaping has been neglected which is totally opposite from the interior.
