This is our third visit to this Inn and we have never been disappointed. It is a good value and convenient for day trips throughout central Switzerland. The staff spoke excellent English and answered our questions well. The room was not fancy but was comfortable and adequate for our travels. Breakfast was great and there is a restaurant and fuel station adjoining the property which we found to be very accomodating. We would recommend this Inn and hope to visit there again.

PRIORITY CLUB REWARDS PLATINUM ELITE
Excellent customer service at this Holiday Inn Express, the staff are Courteous and very friendly and give good instructions on some of my touristy questions.
The room was comfortable and clean and had a sofa and flat screen TV, the WiFi amazingly worked well for two iPads in the one room which has been a rare thing on our travels.
Ideal stopover place if you are transiting from Austria, Switzerland or France. All facilities available at the nearby Service area 100 meters to a good supermarket and Good variety of food at the nearby restaurant Marché. They a excellent food and make a lovely Rosti.
Breakfast is included and was lovely, plentiful with a good variety of continental rolls and hams, cheeses and cereals, juice and a good coffee machine.
The hotel is well laid back from the motorway, so noise isn't an issue though we had the double glazed windows closed, theres no air conditioning so in summer this might be different if you need to open the window.
This year in June 2013 the Priority Rewards club gets a revamp, a new name and new benefits, with some better reward opportunities and will be called the IHG Rewards Club, so look out for those exciting changes. As an IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador, for ten years, I can recommend this Hotel and the free rewards program.

I usually experience great service at Holiday Inn Express, but this hotel was over the top. Patrick, at the front desk, helped me with the language barrier when working with the rental car agency representative that spoke no English. It was fine hotel concierge level service. Being in the service industry I was very impressed.
I gave the room a 4 as it was a single bed, usually there is a double or larger in the American chain.

Preis Leistung TOP, konnten das Angebot auch als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kleinkind nutzen, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr kinderfreundlich, Aufenthaltsraum ideal für Selbsverpfleger + Treffpunkt mit anderen Gästen, Danke, kommen bestimmt wieder da optimaler Ausgangspunkt für ein Skiwochenende in zwei verschiedenen Skigebiete!

Das erste Mal übernachteten wir im Jahr 2007.
Obwohl es schon spät war wurden wir herzlich empfangen.
Seither waren wir in diesem Hotel,fast jedes Jahr.
Immer derselbe warme Empfang.
Nachdem der Hotelmanager gewechselt hatte,blieben wir dem Hotel dennoch treu.
An der Herzlichkeit uns gegenüber, änderte sich nichts.
Wir fühlen uns dort schon fast wie zu Hause.
Die Matratzen könnten etwas härter sein.
Im Sommer ist es etwas warm in den Zimmern, aber da es Ventilatoren gibt,ist das auch kein Manko.
Das Haus ist etwas Hellhörig, gerade dann, wenn Flegelhafte Gäste im Haus anwesend sind.
Obwohl das Hotel an der Autobahn liegt ist es dennoch sehr ruhig.Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Always use this stop going to/from Italy from Calais. Good mid-point in the journey; convenient on the motorway. It's and 'express' so no restaurant - but there is one next door, so you have all you need to have a good rest-stop on your journey. Always welcoming and helpful. Wouldn't stop anywhere else by choice.
We have tried other HI locations, but they seem to cost you the time of a trip into cities, which is no good when you want to make your journey efficiently.
