Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I am disabled and had to carry my bags to 2nd floor as lift out of service I am a registered disabled person and upon arrival the man on reception told me the lift was not in service and that he did not have time to carry my suitcases for me so I was forced to carry them to the second floor myself. I have called the complaints line and they did nothing to help just said they would speak to the receptionist. When I next saw him he offered me a bottle of water as compensation. I said they should offer a discount but he was not at all interested. I will never stay there again. The room was also filthy. January 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very comfortable stay We have stayed at this particular hotel many times over the past 6 or 7 years. Without fail, the staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful - all of the check-in staff speak excellent English and we always receive a genuine and warm welcome. The rooms are more than adequate and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed and the views from all rooms are peaceful and pleasant. There is a very good choice at breakfast catering for all requirements. November 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for what it is I stayed at this hotel en route to Italy, so didn't want to stray too far from my route. This fit the bill perfectly, as it is right off the motorway. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and the connected motorway services has a Marche restaurant that has a number of better-eating options. Some of the fixtures and such were a little worn, but overall this is a clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast offered a number of good options and I set out the next morning full and happy. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by small room and expensive very tiny rooms we were 3 people and 1 baby in the room. there was absolutely no space to walk there is no place for the bags, so we have to leave some of them in the car. other smaller bags were in the room, in the idle in front of the bathroom, so we had to jump over the bags to go the bathroom or out of the room incredibly expensive for the size of the room, its maddness October 24, 2015
