Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy! This is a very nice hotel. It's quiet. I felt the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was clean and I did not feel stressed. I do not eat eggs or meat. Maybe some more choices for breakfast? Overall, very pleased. January 23, 2015

PS. they dont carry splenda just sweet and low. But geeze i sound like a grouch. The staff was awesome and very helpful, My room clean and smelled nice. Awesome stay! There is a 24hr Kings Grocery real close and safe to go to at any hour. ( I was a little worried) January 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room and Close to NYC I've stayed here before and never had a problem. The decor is fresh and updated, though the tv's are antiquated, and I'm not entirely sure why these haven't been replaced, but I don't watch much tv anyway, so it's not a big thing to me. The hotel staff is very friendly, and always willing to go out of their way to help. I would stay here again. January 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 "Service" is the middle name. "No" is the first name. Unfortunately, this motel is overpriced and was a poor selection on my part. The night front desk manager, Luis, was rude and caused needless stress. In order to get a towel and wash cloth for each of my family (me, wife, teenage son) in a suite, i had to call the national guest services. January 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not best example of the franchise This Holiday Inn is the worst experience I have had at this franchise. With nearly 500,000 points accumulated over months at various IHG facilities I speak from experience. Understaffed and unfriendly management is what I encountered. This hotel was a conversion of a previous hotel that had access to all the rooms from the outside. When converted the outside room access was eliminated and interior corridors were “shoehorned” into to a cramped environment. This hotel is a pig with lipstick, it still a pig. The many New Holiday Express designed from the ground are wonderful hotels. This hotel damages the IHG Holiday Inn Express image in my opinion. December 25, 2014
