I was in no way treated like a Platinum member--that was not even acknowledged at check in. Generally the staff offers a cookie and a bottle of water for members. $20 was held on my card for incidentals and I was not made aware of that upon checking in so it was a shock to see on my online banking. The hotel and amenities were quite nice but the staff needs more training when it comes to the Rewards Program.

I felt the price increase just due to a graduation at Liberty University was very extreme.. I understand supply and demand but the increase was a little ridiculous. The room was clean but taking advantage of the consumer

Went here for Liberty Graduation Weekend and got no rest at all, and it wasn't because of partying graduates. First, the beds were so uncomfortable and you could see a visible dip in the mattress due to over use. At a ridiculous nightly rate the sight will not let me post you would think the quality would be outstanding. As a result I went home exhausted from not being able to sleep, and with muscle aches in my back. Wife ended up sleeping on the floor one night because the beds were so bad. Then exhausted from no sleep and a hectic schedule with large crowds, a nice quiet breakfast was impossible. The staff was loud and at times obnoxious. They even admitted to harassing the guests at one time. Hearing "You all got to get out of my city" from one member certainly didn't make me feel welcome to stay. That doesn't include the freaky looking lady folding sheets in her PJs in the lobby our last night there. Finally...well not finally because there were so many issues. I am curious, they hide their "high requested" items from guests so they have "better control" over them. Overall, I came home more stressed and in pain than I did from the 6 hour drive. Not worth the money, not worth the time, not worth another visit until they fix some major issues. I am reminded of the reason I usually stay with another brand chain.

The ladies at breakfast were very friendly and asked often if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. The desk clerk was very friendly. The overall stay was very pleasant. We were at the hotel for a very short amount of time. The parking lot was good. Overall
rating was excellent.

I booked our stay through the mobile app. I didnt realize that before clicking the confirm button that the app had defalted my dates back to the day I was booking. When I arrived at the hotel a week later, no reservation. The hotel had already charged my credit card for the "no show" which hadnt even shown up on my statement yet.
Fortunately the person at the front desk was great. He had one room left and took care of the rate since we had already been billed. Unfortunately, the matress felt like it was 20 years old and had been used as a trampoline. We heard room doors opening and closing all night, and the parking lot lights streamed through the "black-out" curtains. The breakfast the next morning was over-crowded and the eggs seemed as if they had originally been powdered.

Everyone at the hotel was attentive, courteous and friendly. The morning staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive despite the large number of guests.

Hotel was good, despite it appearing to show its age. Hotel elevator light was not working inside elevator.

Our three night stay was a pleasure. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast's variety and cheerful staff every morning. We have tried other hotels in the area but definitely this one is our new favorite and we will be booking again with them.
