Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good night's sleep and great serrvice Bed, pillows, blanket and quiet room conducive to a good night's sleep. Front desk and all hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good choice of TV channels on widescreen TV. Hardwired internet was fast. Free breakfast in a nice area with attentive staff and a good selection of items. USA today was available as were cookies at the front desk. Soda was $1 a can which is very reasonable. Plenty of parking and close proximity to a number of restaurants, drug stores and a shopping mall. I plan on returning to this Holiday Inn Express in a few weeks to conclude my business activities. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean, nice place It was clean, nice and inviting. The staff, both at night and the next morning were excellent. The thermostat in the room seemed to keep us either too hot or too cold. The bathtub was filled with hair and would not drain. Other than that everything was clean and comfortable. The food was okay. I mean it was "free." I've had better "free" breakfast. Nice place though and I would stay there again. March 12, 2015

Very Comfortable Hotel, with a good location in Lynchburg, VA. Great Staff and good amenities. I had a little problem with heating the room but it was very cold outside and it was manageable. I will be staying here again! March 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Reviews wrong I almost stayed in the Holiday Inn downtown based on reviews. The location was much better and safer, so I chose the Express. It required more points, which is unusual, but location was the main factor. Great choice. The front desk was overwhelmingly attentive to our needs and the breakfast person was outstanding.
