Front desk was awesome, felt welcomed as soon as we checked in. Especially helpful in finding your way when driving, they took the time to use google earth and gave us a printout. Room service was very good. It was always clean when arriving back to the room. Lots of traffic due to highway and Alderwood mall but I will definitely stay there again. Oh, and the game was incredibly fun!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and was well attended.

We have stayed here a few times now. The only negative thing to say was that there was no one at the front desk when we were checking in. It was approx. 10PM, and we waited for about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.

We only stayed one night. Upon arrival we recieved a goody bag containing an assortment of snacks.
The King size room was spacious enough and quiet.
How about that new push button pancake machine eh! It"s the bomb. Pancakes tasted good and were are a little thin but it is more sanitary with no mess.
Room cleanliness was very good.

We stayed for one night. The bed mattress on one of the queen bed seem to sag on one end so it wasn't that comfy. The breafast selection was excellent with pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. However, there weren't enough tables in the tiny dining room as the place was packed so we had to bring our breakfast up to our rooms. Great location to Alderwood Mall and other shopping places.

We had 4 rooms in this property book on Nov9-11, kids love the indoor swimming pool and spend 2 afternoon/evening there. Alderwood Mall just minutes away from this property and many stores around the corners. Will love to stay same hotel in near future.

My husband and I enjoy a weekend away every once in a while and usually choose to stay at a Holiday Inn because of the great value and comfort. However, after this experience, we would NOT return to this Lynnwood location.
I booked the hotel room on-line directly with Holiday Inn with the assurance they had the lowest rate. Three days later I noticed that their price had dropped by an average of $15.00/night. I contacted Holiday Inn for a price adjustment but they refused, stating that more then 24 hours had passed since I booked the room.
The hotel looked almost brand new - the room was clean and had two queen size beds. However, both mattresses in the room were so hard and uncomfortable!
Also, there seemed to be NO sound-proofing in the walls. We could hear everything in the next rooms on either side of us. It made for a long, sleepless night! We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and will be NOT be returning.

Our first stay at hotel and loved, loved, loved the location. DSW within walking distance and Spaghetti Factory too. Room was great and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We were down for the Seahawks game and got a good price for 2 rooms, which were very comfortable and convenient to the game and shopping. The breakfast was a bonus and saved us a meal. The girls shopped at the Outlet Mall and the guys went to the football game. We caught the Sounder Train to Seattle from Edmonds station and arrived at the King street station next to the Seahawks stadium. It was a great day.
