I don´t have much to complain about my stay at this hotel.
The location is excellent, the quality of the breakfast is good and the room was cleaned properly.
On the other hand the gym quality is not good, a sauna could be built, the tv channel offer could be better and if the price was around 10% cheaper would be fair.

This is definetely a very nice cost-benefit hotel in Maceió! It is a cosy place.I have enjoyed my stay there very much! All the staff are well prepared to assist their guests. The front desk personnel were incredible,with no exception, and they have provided me the best experience I could have in my first stay in Maceió. They have given me all the hints I needed to explore throughout Alagoas coastline.Although it is a Holiday Inn Express, I had no idea that there was a huge variety of food at breakfast. I could not taste all that food, which was very tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel. It was a pleasant stay, indeed. I look forward to being back soon.

Congratulations. We had really a good period to relax. Excellent and polite staff.
Breakfast coud be better.
Next time in Maceió, of course we ´ll stay at H.I.Express.
Gas station and other convinience stores very close.

This hotel is just a couple of blocks from the beach and has some good facilities, I didn't try the pool but it looked lovely, though small. Breakfast great, a good restaurant and my room was large and had everything I needed. Recommended.

I had problems with my reservation, because the hotel staff insisted in charging more then the price settled in the internet reservation. After a lot of talking, they cancel the overcharging and kept the correct price. Besides, until now, one month after the stay, my priority points were not credited. I submitted a form asking for the points, but nothing happened.
