Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay- for a night or two This is not as high quality of a Holiday Inn Express as others I have stayed at. The breakfast is standard, and the hostess of the breakfast was very helpful. My room smelled like a smoking room, even though I was assured it was not. After coming and going from the hotel over two days, and always seeing the housekeepers out back smoking, I realized why everything smelled of smoke. The front desk staff seemed confused when I tried to check in, since my husband wasn't physically with me, and it was his name on the reservation. The location of the hotel is a little sketchy. Convenient to the interstate/highway, but in an abandoned shopping center. I will stay there again to earn points, but might look into other options as well. February 11, 2014

It is an old property re-purposed as a Holiday Inn Express. The hallways and the first room we were assigned had a distinct musty smell. Rooms are older, worn and not the most convenient. We were not recognized in any way as platinum priority club members. February 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed As a platinum member of the Holiday Inn reward program, I seek out their locations when non vacation. This unit was the most disappointing we have ever experienced. The room was not clean and the carpet very worn. When we arrived, the room was wrong and the hotel was full, so it could not be corrected. I ended up sleeping on the floor since there was only one bed instead of two. There was only one very hard working desk person performing housekeeping and check-ins. There was a nice warm breakfast. January 26, 2014
