I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express sites in different cities and this is possibly the nicest one I've seen. Real friendly staff, too.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express due to my business meeting, and it was great! I'm always happy to stay there because from the staff, to my room, from check in to check out, the stay and experience is never a let down. Satisfaction at its highest at the Holiday Inn Express. When I choose the Hotel, this is the place I go too, no one is better.

Macon is where most of my business meetings are, so I always choose to stay with the Holiday Inn Express on Riverside. They are always polite, well rounded, and my room is always perfect. Breakfast is yummy, and coffee is always on hand, and I love coffee! Wonderful place to stay for business or vacation.

The room we were originally given already had someone else in it. The room we ended up staying in had a very loud fan/heater/air conditioner unit. The bed was comfortable, but the room just did not have that clean feel or smell to it.

The room was nice, but the bathroom needs remodeling. Get rid of the cast iron tub. Update the vanity top by installing Corian or granite along with a new faucet. It also needs ventilation improvement

We arrived late and were ready to go to bed. We were given a key to a room that was occupied! That was not to fun. When we did get to our room, it was ok. Was not as clean as I would have liked. Overall, it was an ok place to stay but I would never stay there again.

This is an older Holiday Inn Express located in a shopping center, however once inside you are greeted by friendly smiling faces. This staff knows how to make you feel welcome. Even though I am not crazy about where it is located, the staff keeps me coming back. They have a Manager's reception on Tuesday and Wed. That is a big plus for me traveling on business!

Avery nice place to stay the room was very clean bed wre very comfortable and the free breakfast was very good. stayed on our way to Florida and atayed on our way back home.
Will stay there again when visting Florida.
IIt is in a good location.
