This is a nice clean Holiday Inn Express.
The staff was very helpful in recommending a good restaurant.
All and all it was a pleasant stay.

I am a priority club member and was not recognized for it at this location. When first coming onto the property, it was a bit disappointing. Then the jacuzzi suite was not what I had expected. The furnishings were extremely old.

An older hotel that has been remodeled. There's not a whole lot of parking but it's sufficient the night we were there. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not very good but the pancakes and cinnamon rolls were excellent. Breakfast seating was in short supply but thankfully it wasn't very crowded. Overall a very acceptable Inn at a decent price. I would stay here again.

The hotel was excellent with close proximity to major highways that make the trip to downtown only minutes away. The room was large and very comfortable with small living room area and desk. The free internet can be accessed thru an Ethernet cable if you bring it or wireless connection.

I have stayed at this location many times and have always had a good experience. This time though, it seemed as if I disturbed "Roderick" when I arrived. He was not friendly at all, did not recognize me as a priority club member, and just went through the motions of getting me checked in. My room had poor internet signal this visit and this left me unable to do my work, but I just didnt want to mess with him again, so I called it a night.
This is a good hotel - but this visit was not so great.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on my way to Florida. It seems a little hard to find due to the road construction in that area, however once there I was treated like royality. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk clerk, I was quickly checked in. I asked about where to eat dinner and was given directions to all of my options, they even gave me coupons!
The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint would be the pillows, they are too soft, but that is just me. The next morning I was greeted by Ms. Frances the breakfast host. She was a very sweet lady who refilled our coffee and offered to help us carry our food to the table. At checkout I was greeted by the Manager, I think her name was Melody. She has a great hotel and staff! I will always stay in Macon when I pass through!!

The facility was a bit dated in its outside appearance, plus the location seemed to be in an area where the businesses were closing. It was however, close in to the area that I was working in. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express often. I have a daughter in college in Macon and this has become my hotel of choice, even though it is not the closest to campus. It is centrally located between the university which is a few short miles south, and shopping and restaurants which are a little north. Though the property is not new, it is quiet and well maintained. The staff is always very friendly, and if I've ever had an issue it has been quickly resolved, including changing rooms at one time. The breakfast has many hot and continental-type options. I often use the workout room and though it has limited equipment, it has never been crowded on my visits. The pool is nice as well, though it is often in the shade of the building.

I left a pillow on our first stay. Two weeks later when I returned, I asked about it, and it was promptly returned! The breakfast is good and the staff is great. Just wish they were pet friendly

This hotel is in a deserted strip mall parking lot. I've stayed here twice, and there will not be a third chance. Hallway and room lighting is very dim, and room windows are very small- which means little natural light. It all gives the hotel a dark feel.
I was assigned a room in which the toilet seat hadn't been cleaned. The desk told me there was no housekeeping after 5, so I was given another room. There were several large stains on the carpet, a musty odor, and about 6-8 ladybugs flying around. The desk told me they can't seem to get rid of them when it's cold outside, so be prepared for that.
The breakfast was standard HIE quality, but the seating was very limited.
Overall, this facility doesn't measure up to what you should expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Decades of loyal Holiday Inn customer. WORST Experiance I ever had in a Holiday Inn. If I had not been in a rush to leave I would have asked for a refund.

The most important part of staying at a hotel was the service, with that being said the staff was amazing. They were always smile and talking to the guest. They had an answer to everything I asked and if they didn't they did their best to find it. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!!

This property is in a parking lot of a deserted (and I mean EMPTY) strip mall. Only business in there was the County Republican office. Window curtain in the room didn't block out the daylight all the way. Very disappointed in the quality of the sheets and bed for a Holiday Inn Express.
Breakfast wasn't great. Holiday Inn Express' breakfasts are usually higher quality than this property's.
I'm generally sick and tired of being the employee staying in Priority's properties and not being able to collect the points for them. They have such strict rules about; if your company used a third party or travel agent, has a deeply discounted rate, has a group rate, then you cannot gain the points on your Priority Rewards account. WE ARE THE ONES HAVING TO LIVE IN THESE HOTEL ROOMS AND NOT IN OUR OWN HOMES! GIVE US THE POINTS! It's especially bad when the stay is not up to par. Priority Rewards: CHANGE YOUR POLICY! BE BOLD! BE DIFFERENT THAN THE REST!

Every thing was nice, the room was clean. Even though i didn't eat breakfast, but it looked good. There is one thing I would recommend, that the Hotel would have a map of the area to help people to get around.

great staff - average breakfast - not as much processed stuff - need more fresh eggs and whole grain food - we baby boombers are in to that - and more fresh fruit - the staff is great - thank you - will be staying there monthly -

I stay at Holiday Inn Express nationwide but I have never stayed at one like this. This express is completely different from any of the other properties I have stayed at. It is not as up to date as the other express properties but it staff and the managers are the best. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. I will definitely return to this property the next time I am in town.

Large well appointed room, included couch, chair, large flat screen TV and great bed. What else could you ask for? Microwave and refrigerator? That's included, too!! Best value we've gotten all year.

I would not recommend this hotel. We always stay in a Holiday Inn Express because they are clean and beautiful yet this one is the exception. We checked in at about 8pm and there was only 1 employee on the entire property. We paid extra for a roll away bed and we had to wait for 3 hours for the desk clerk to bring it to us because she was the only employee there. The hotel is dark and dreary. The hallways make it look like something out of "The Shining". There was a gaping hole where there should have been a mini fridge in our room. I did not feel safe there. There were creepy men sitting right outside the front door smoking and drinking beer. Not happy with this one. It did not seem like a Holiday Inn Express whatsoever.

The hotel may not be new but it is a wonderful hotel. The staff are great, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are very comfortable. I will surely be returning to this hotel if i am ever in the area again.
