I had been through a long day and the front end representative was able to put me up in a very fine room that was the last one! The customer that was coming did not show but they took the initiative to assist me in getting a fine room. That is good service. June 29, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Watch out for A/C Motion Sensors! My first day in the room it was extremely hot. The thermostat was set for 72 but you could tell it was hotter than that. Turned the A/C all the way down, took a good hour to cool the room comfortably. Went to bed only to wake up several times sweating profusely. Next morning went and completed my business for the day, came in the and the room was hot again. It was at this time I noticed the motion sensors above the door and built into the thermostat. I called the front desk and within an hour a service technician and desk person came to the room. I explained my concern over the motion sensor and the desk person had no idea what I was talking about, but the service technician stated no all the rooms have them and proceeded to point them out to the desk person. The technician then asked if the desk person knew where the manuals were, to which the desk person answered he did. So the service technician said he would take the desk person and show them how to turn off the motion sensor. Needless to say, I slept better that night and the following. Then the fourth day of my visit the room was hot again when I came back. I personally think the motion sensors are great for completely unoccupied rooms, but if someone is going to stay in a room for a week, turn the dang fool thing off. If the hotel or chain cannot get these things under control, I'll will make it a point to tell my company to go else where for rooms. June 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room The bathroom shower plate came off and was not secured. I had to be careful when showering. One of the toilet tissue holders came apart and fell off. I put it back on and it stayed, but it should be secured properly. Otherwise the room was in great condition and I enjoyed my stay. May 26, 2015
