Unlike in other Holiday Inn Express hotels, WIFI wasn't free for the Priority club members, and after paying for it, the connection worked pretty slow.

This was my sixth stay in the hotel and it was as always a great experience. The staff is amazing specially the front desk.
Only one problem , i was in room 208 and I was always hearing to what is happening in next room as if they are inside my room.

ha sido la primera vez que nos quedábamos en este hotel y nos ha encantado. Nos habíamos quedado en otro hoteles de la zona y no nos han gustado tanto como este. El precio está muy bien e incluye el desayuno. Además si te haces socio de la cadena puedes salir más tarde de la habitación, a las 14,00!!!
Repetiremos seguro!!!

Viajo mucho por trabajo y siempre elijo Holiday Inn Express para mis estancias, pero este me ha gustado especialmente, el personal es encantador. El hotel está muy limpio tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes. El desayuno excelente, ya que en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y categoría no tienen tanta variedad de productos.
Además tienen un trato especial con los miembros Priority, como internet gratis, cosa que en otros hoteles no pasa.
En definitiva, un 10!!!! y sin duda a partir de ahora será mi hotel de referencia para mis estancias en Madrid.

If you're a PCM, this place is not worth your time. You have to pay for internet unless you're a PCM, which if you are you only get an hour of free internet. Rooms were small and cold. Location wasn't much of a problem, if you're looking for a place outside of Madrid. There isn't much to do there if you're visiting the country. My experience was not very pleasant but hopefully yours can be better.

I got no free internet access, no parking allowance inside the hotel perimeter.
Rooms did not have bath tubes but just showers, and heating adjustment did not work properly.
It is badly connected to the Allegra industrial park, far from public transportation.
It is by far worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in, worst attention from the lady in the reception.
I do not recommend this hotel to any PCR cardholder, instead I would go the one in Alcorcón or Fuenlabrada, with much better attention and service.

Breakfast: awfully poor. Staff: helpful. Location: quite far from city centre,, 45' with tube, but very close to huge shopping mall and very close to tube station. Room: clean as Holiday Inn rooms usually are. Bed: could have been A LOT more comfortable. Plus: great lcd screen in room with plenty of options, would have liked more English-speaking sat channels

Perfecto para uso laboral y de paso. Cumple perfectamente esta misión, siendo confortable y funcional. Recomendable en el entorno en el que se encuentra.
