Now that is what I call real service. Thank you Steve. That morning I asked if I could get a late checkout, Mrs. Peggy gave it to me without hesitation. Thanks Holiday Inn! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Everything about this Holiday Inn was as good as the one I stay at in McComb, except the carpet looked like it was not cleaned that day, but everything else was great from the people I talked to on the phone to the one at the desk when I checked in and the lady at breakfast the next morning, she kept everything restocked as it was being eaten so no one had to wait. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good night! Desk manager was nice. Room didn't have a good smell. TV/cable was not working properly - come on, go off - desk manager came in to reset - that didn't work. We went for dinner - only fast food everywhere. When we returned the desk manager had another room for us to try - we moved - the TV did not work there either so desk mgr said he would report it the next day! For the entire evening we had no TV however we did have people working on the outside of the building scraping down the outside & using large lift equipment that was beeping constantly just outside our window!! Electricians were working in the room adjoining ours. They were hammering & banging around on the wall next to our headboard. September 1, 2013
