Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Don't recommend anyone sleeping on sofa bed. Mattress was lumpy.

Traveling thru on business. This hotel was was overpriced for the location and not up to par as the room was way outdated. The hotel fellow at check in was not very friendly and there was a baseball team that was loud till 1am. Bed was comfortable, but couch was dirty and skirting around bed was filthy. Holiday Inn can do way better than this.

First of all, this is the first hotel that I've visited that would not allow me to pay cash for my stay at check in. When I asked about paying cash, i was told that they still would have to authorize my card for the full amount of the stay at check in but I could pay cash at check out. This would leave me with a full charge on my card plus a cash payment for the full amount. Whatever happened to swiping the card and keeping it on file for incidentals?
Secondly, I was told that I could only have a refrigerator and microwave if I booked a suite. Ridiculous
I will never stay here again!

The Hotel was very clean inside and out. The customer service was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again.

Platinum member however no welcome at the front desk nor any welcome gifts - no water, etc. Returned to room after a long day and the room had not been made up. Hotel needs updated.
