Excellent hotel, but the parking area is a little tight. We have stayed there twice, both times pulling a small (14 ft.) trailer. The first time we were there we put our truck and trailer in a gravel area in front of the hotel, which was fine. This time there was a concrete curb preventing us from parking there. Luckily, there were 6 open parking places in a row on the east side of the hotel and we were able to squeeze in there parking sideways. Another problem is that the parking area does not go all the way around the hotel. This can complicate things when you are pulling a trailer. We had to help another customer who pulled in with a cattle trailer behind their truck.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed had fresh linens. The only distraction to the room was the road noise from the nearby highway. The room was located on the front of the building, but once asleep, nothing bothered me because of the comfort of the room.
The staff was a distraction. Upon my arrival, the desk clerk seemed as though she did not want to be there. She never looked at me, did not welcome me as a PC member, and gave little instructions on finding the room.
The breakfast was the standard HIE breakfast, except no meat. No meat? There are places to cut corners, but this is not the place.

Very, very comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable (would love to know what kind of mattress it is); however the pillows were pretty flimsy. Would suggest a little firmer pillow. Nice breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

The pillows are horrible. They seem very old and worn. Other than that, GREAT,GREAT hotel. Great shower pressure.. Great front staff. Good breakfast.

Very nice HIE. Well maintained. Only disadvantage is relative distance to good resturants. Not many close by.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Malvern and couldn't be more pleased. There may be a few other choices in Malvern that cost a little less, but when you factor in the free FULL breakfast, the Holiday Inn is a better value. The rooms were modern and clean. We especially appreciate the sweet, sweet, lady who took care of our family in the breakfast room. I wish I could remember her name-she deserves special recognition.
