Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed Very, very comfortable room. The bed was so comfortable (would love to know what kind of mattress it is); however the pillows were pretty flimsy. Would suggest a little firmer pillow. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. April 19, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, clean room We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Malvern and couldn't be more pleased. There may be a few other choices in Malvern that cost a little less, but when you factor in the free FULL breakfast, the Holiday Inn is a better value. The rooms were modern and clean. We especially appreciate the sweet, sweet, lady who took care of our family in the breakfast room. I wish I could remember her name-she deserves special recognition. February 15, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comments Over all the room and hotel was nice. The day "staffer" was pleasant. The night staffer seemed "unhappy" in his work. The internet link would not/did not work. I could see the WIFI was available, but it would not allow me to connect and the staff didn't have any answers as to what the problem was and/or how to correct it. The kitchen breakfast was OK, but the juice machine didn't work and no substitutes were offered. In general, the experience was OK, but not sure that I would stay there again....... February 1, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Great comfortable bed Traveled to Malvern to visit the hospital in the early morning. Breakfast staff was extremely courteous. Front desk however, had no idea how to direct me to the local hospital. Location was poor in that you heard trucks go by on the interstate all night. Restroom base board was extremely dirty.
