Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favorite Holiday Inn Express Onsite management was unable to grant tropical weather and less rush hour traffic, but... management was able to personally provided amazing hospitality, and their staff continues to follow their lead. It should also be noted this property rates highly, compared to other properties in the HIE brand. The rooms are large, most with quiet wooded views, while still being convenient to I66, Manassas, numerous restaurants and shopping. Also when visiting, don't hesitate to take the awesome carpeted airy stairways, just another feature easily taken for granted at this fine hotel. January 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2015 New Year Stay We stayed early January on New Year's Day and received excellent service. I had two small children with me (ages 2 & 6) and they were so accommodating to our requests, rooms were clean and breakfast was great. You can only have so many varieties with breakfast so it worked out for us with my boys having allergies. The staff was great and I truly felt welcomed. Thank you for such great service and this will be our place to stay for future moves/transition point. January 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by False Fire Alarm and Water Shut Off BUT Kenny and Ruth made it up!!! Mishaps happen but you want someone there to take care of you and make everything alright. Kenny and Ruth did that for us. They did everything within their will to compensate for something completely out of their control and that counts for alot to me. Based on their customer service alone, I will give this hotel a 9 out of 10!! January 12, 2015
