Great stay at this hotel. Very helpful staff. We needed to get into our rooms as early as possible to get ready for a wedding and the gal at the front desk made sure that happened. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. Would stay there again!

Value, comfort, cleanliness, location, nice rooms, nice staff, all just right on. We really like the separate bedroom within our room which was in a basic one bed, king size option we chose. That was a great surprise

My family had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Manassas last weekend. It was very accessible to the interstate and easy to find. The room was clean and inviting. We had a 2 queen suite which provided plenty of room for my wife and I and our 4 kids. The breakfast, which is included, was great as always at HIE. The staff was helpful and friendly. I wish we would of had time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub.

the service regarding the room was very good as well as the service in the breakfast area. Our stay was very nice and we would certainly stay again.

My flight to DC was delayed so I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late. I was assured my room would be ready. I arrived at the hotel at 1am and there was nobody at the reception desk. I looked around and called out and no response. We waited for quite a long time then some came down an elevator to assist us. We were given our room key and off we went for 3 hours sleep.
The room was not the room type we reserved (2 queen beds were reserved). Also, the windows were open in an apparent attempt to rid the room of an awful odor. We returned to the front desk and were told there must have been a mix up and our room type was given away. I inquired about a suite / room upgrade as it is a platinum benefit. It sounded like there was a room but I wasn't going to get it. Since we had to be up at 4:30am we took the room.
The next day we were contacted by the hotel staff and moved to a different room. Our first night's stay was also credited. However, the first impression was very negative and unfortunately overshadowed the corrective action. I'll stay at other HI Express and in fact have an upcoming reservation at another HI Express. However, I'm not likely to return to this one.

I was in town for business and to catch a nationals baseball game. The hotel accomodations were excellent the room was quiet and I had a great rest. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area.

Traveled with colleague and booked two rooms on the mobile app. At front desk, wanted to change one room to be under colleague's IHG points, and pay with his credit card, as mobile app does not allow for two room booking under different names. It is always a hassle to change second room to another name and credit card, even though the front desk said it was done. Billing came through under one credit card. IHG needs to fix this booking problem in the app.
