Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 a great start to a great holiday we only had a short stay at the holiday inn express , but we would definitely stay there again.Great value for money ,lovely room, comfy bed and a choice of soft or hard pillows.The shower was really powerful and spacious We had to leave very early and the young man on reception was really nice and very helpful .As you can imagine getting up at 3am is a bit frustrating and he was so nice he got us into holiday mode ,so when we got to the airport to face long queues, we were quite happy and tolerant August 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but some faults Hotel and staff are welcoming and friendly but the bedding is noisy everytime we moved it woke one of us up. The restaurant was clean and tidy but there is a lack of choice on the menu, and what is available is really expensive a fish finger sandwich at £9.50 and a chicago town pizza which you can get from tesco for £3 was £12.00 I know you have to pay for the convienience but that was ridiculous August 19, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by appalling experience in restaurant I found the hotel itself very pleasant, clean and modern. However our experience in the restaurant was terrible! I would say it was only a third full. We ordered at 6.30pm waited 45 mins for our starter of bread and dipping oil! (Not much preparation required!?) A further 45min wait for our main course!? Other tables were also suffering. When we finished our main our table wasn't cleared for a further hour! We had ordered dessert but after waiting a further hour decided we were far too tired and asked for a refund on our desserts! We left the restaurant at 9.30pm! Feeling much less than satisfied... The service was the worst I have ever experienced..... August 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and great sleep A great location, close to the airport, but without the feeling that you are overlooking the runway. Spacious room, with excellent WiFi and a very comfortable bed. Facilities that you would expect are all present. A lovely walk-in shower, which I could have spent hours under, washing away the stress of life, but for the plane I had to catch. There is a shuttle service to and from the hotel, but you need to pay for it, which can get quite expensive if you are going back and forth. Overall I would be happy to stay again. August 16, 2014
