Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Great for Manchester Airport I stop at this hotel on a regular basis when using Manchester Airport for Business. Some of the friendliest staff I have come across in any UK hotel. Reception staff, in particular Ashley are extremely efficient, polite and willing to help where necessary. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic - but the 2 ladies that are regularly working in there and a breath of fresh air. Always chatting to younger guests, and generally making everyone welcome. The only downside is the lack of Air Conditioning - opening the windows isn't a great solution given the M56 just behind the trees. August 22, 2015

Easy access to the airport,a place to chill out without having to get up early in the morning and drive to airport for pick up. August 22, 2015

The bathroom was immaculate and the bedding spotless. It was an absolute pleasure to stay. Well done to all the staff, your hotel is a credit to you all. August 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Stop before flight Was not welcomed as a IHG Rewards Club Member. Reception area was very noisy however once through the doors to the guest rooms the noise could not be heard. Our room (This is a relatively new hotel) was very dusty, it didn't look like the bathroom had ever been dusted and some of the wallpaper was hanging off the wall in the top corner of the bedroom. The room was very warm. No air-conditioning in the guest rooms, outside noise meant keeping the bedroom window open was not possible. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff! Overall, we have nothing but great things to say with one small exception. Let me first focus on the positive. I was assisted by three different staff members who offered very helpful and courteous service- Abi, Asha, and the manager Martin Howard. They are an asset to their company and I will be staying again this week at the hotel. My only complaint was the room temperature-- it was too warm and the room controls didn't help alleviate this. I should have asked for assistance. I didn't so it really was my fault in not bringing it to the attention of the staff. Given how they had all helped me earlier I'm sure they would have done their best to assist. August 17, 2015
