We were on the 7th floor, hardly any noise, easy check in and check out - good deal on the parking at Euro Parking nearby, not advertised so ask at reception which is what i did, would go back, very convenient for our trip, room temperature was fine and nothing was any trouble with the staff November 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No hastle hotel stay As I travel a good bit I really need my hotel stays to be hastle free. I mean right from the time I enter the hotel. As I travel by air I sometimes get into my hotel a little earlier than the standard check in time and I need my hotel to accomodate this. I must say that my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Manchester did that. The staff were friendly, took my bags from me to allow me to get some refreshments while they prepared my room. This allowed me to get to my meeting on time, socialise with my clients afterwards without having to rush back to my Hotel to check in at a later time. If you can accomodate this in future for your business clientele you are onto a winner! Well done guys, remember it is always the smallest things that leave the biggest impressions on your guests.
