They need to review and dismantle their heating system which is supposed to go on when a guest enters the room...which they keep at 50 degrees! We had just come to NH from FL and were freezing!!! It took 3 hours after the tech dismantled the system to get the heat to 68 degrees!!!
The whole hotel looks like it needs to be spruced up.

When I was a guest at the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH - I had the very best customer service experience. All of the staff was very helpful and outgoing at all times. The complimentary continental buffet breakfast in the morning was beyond my expectations. The coffee was fresh and hot, breads of all sorts were all fresh and soft, fresh fruit and overall there was a broad enough variety of selections to please mine and any one persons pallet. My room was clean, and not noisy at all. As I ventured down to the pool and hot tub area, I was very pleased to find I was the only guest taking advantage of the beautiful surrounding, well I got to relax is all I can say.
I decided to venture out for dinner, although the hotel offers a nice complimentary pasta dinner on Wednesday nights only, in appreciation and a thank you from the Hotel to their guest. I thought was very nice touch. The eateries / restaurants in the area, WOW - just so many WONDERFUL selections and the staff at the hotel was more than happy to help me with my selections as they were well knowledgeable in this area and shopping and entertainment.
Over all, I can not say enough good about the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH. I would recommend staying there to anyone and everyone.
