We were shocked to learn that this was not a new hotel. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. This is an extremely clean hotel. They staff and managers are paying attention to the details.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant experience. It was our second stay at this location and both times we had the same room, which was very quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The front desk staff was extremely nice and those responsible for taking care of our room did a great job. We could not have asked for anything else. Thus, we had a wonderful time in Manchester, Tennessee.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. But the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We had been driving all day and were already in bed when it went off.
And the room next to us seem to be very noisy on top of the air unit not working properly in our room. It got very very warm and our unit would not work.

Made reservation, arrived for check-in, reserved a suite was sent to room and is was a regular handicap room. Keys wouldnt work either went to front desk and told them this is not what i reserved and all they could put u in was a king suite room. Very disappointing with three kids and 2 adults. Got up the next morning to check out and elevators woulednt work so had to haul three kids and all of our stuff down three floors of stairs. Horrible experience will NEVER stay here again.

The thing that was really impressive is our welcome from Sarah, who was our hostess when we arrived. It was very late, and we were VERY tired. Sarah did a wonderful job of attending to us and matching our needs for the night, plus took special care of our early morning departure. We were very grateful for her most kind and caring attention.
