Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service We've used this facilities for several meetings in the past. It's been about six months since the last time. This time, the staff was uncaring and not helpful. There was no internet service for two days and the staff was not knowledgeable enough to rectify the issue. The hotel had no projection screen for us to use because they needed it at their other hotel. There was a group of other guests, constructions workers, drinking outside below my room the first night. they were very noisy and the staff did nothing when i notified them. April 17, 2016

The room was clean and very accessible for my disabled husband. He was able to get around the hotel easily. The price was right! It was very close to the tournament venue. March 1, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by INTERNET SERVICE The staff, service, hotel accommodations, cleanliness and most everything was very good. The big downsize was the internet service did not work. The staff gave us a troubleshooting telephone # which we tried to no avail. They then offered to give us direct lines to hook up to our computers, but the cables were for laptops not ipads. They then dropped off two ethernet devices which didn't work either. Like I said, the staff did everything in their power to solve our problem, but the issue appears to be too serious for them to solve. We stay at this facility two to three times a year, so we hope the issue will be resolved. January 30, 2016
