Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business trip Excellent location, plenty of places to eat. A suggestion to all IHG, please put some sort of door decelerator so that the door will not slam shut. I understand that children don't know any better but there are a lot of traveling adults that still are self absorbed and are not considerate of others that are still trying to sleep. The next day I called the Front desk to have the charges transferred from my personal card to my corporate card. They were very helpful in handling my request. January 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Stay Upon arrival the staff was very courteous. The hotel facilities were very clean. My room included a King size bed and a sofa bed (which I didn't use); there were plenty of pillows of different comfort levels. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, stocked with plenty of towels and supplies. The hotel may not have been sufficiently prepared for the conference/meeting I was attending because there was not sufficient table seating to enjoy the free breakfast. The bad weather and short stay did not allow me to enjoy the other hotel amenities, but I must say that the central location, close to restaurants, etc. is a PLUS. January 19, 2016

The rooms are still very clean and user-friendly, and the staff we encountered behind the front desk are always friendly and professional. This one time at this one location, stands out for the lack of professionalism and the overall lack of feeling welcome. I have had much better experiences at other locations and even at this one. I do not understand what change on this particular visit. I am now at a different location for these specific issues. December 15, 2015
