Clean room, great view, great service. Will stay here again and recommend to friends. Lower rating on sleep quality is due to drinking too much the night before... can't tell you if I tossed and turned because of the libations or the bedding... sorry I'm not sorry.

We made our way to Marble Falls, Texas and decided to spend two nights. Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was a very good experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was as good as they come!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Marble Falls was very relaxing and extremely convenient to the many venues in the Highland Lakes / Hill Country area. Our room was extremely comfortable and all of the Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great overnight experience!

We checked in to the hotel, were there from Dallas Tx to attend a wedding. The rooms are nice and pretty big. The lobby is nice too. When we checked out, it all seemed smooth. Then we get alerts from our bank account that our account has been charged twice. We aren't even out of Marble Falls and I call and speak to Rob at the front desk. Rob is the only pleasant and professional person I dealt with throughout this experience. He apologizes for the mistake but says there is nothing he can do. Explains that the GM Justin has to handle it but is off that day so I have to wait until Monday. He takes down my info but Justin never calls on Monday. Today is Tuesday, still no call from Justin and now I have 3 additional overdraft fees on my bank account. I have never in my life heard of a business operation that can not fix problems they create! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn brand hotel again! EVER!!! Thanks Justin!

Hotel is as if new, rooms are very clean and beds and pillows are new, staff will accommodate willingly and they are very helpful. Could not have been more satisfied with the hotel or the staff.
