Awsome stay at this hotel, Was on business and found this Holiday Inn Express, Recently remodeled and looks AMAZING! Great over all stay and very friendly staff that help out with everything! Will be back.... THANKS GUYS!!!!

I've stayed here a few times for work. The positives, the beds are comfortable, rooms clean and Elizabeth at the front desk is wonderful! She always has a smile and is friendly and helpful. I interacted as well with a few ladies on the cleaning staff and they were also great.
The negatives...with the exception of Elizabeth.. haven't been impressed with the others at the front desk. I didn't ask them for anything but they also didn't go out of their way to greet me or do much of anything. Additionally, my hotel room stank of heavy smoke, though it was a nonsmoking room, such that the stench seeped into all of my clothes. My door stuck and I had to slam into it with my shoulder after swiping my key card to get it to open. The time before I stayed here in a different room, my phone didn't work in my room and the airconditioner stopped working a few days into my stay. Additionally, the Holiday Inn coffee is absolutely terrible. I realize this isn't the fault of the staff necessarily, but Holiday Inn seriously needs to upgrade their coffee.

Had a great stay at this location. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, spa pool, fitness facilities, and easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and airport and tasty, complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Service was amazing at this hotel...they really genuinely care which we do not see much nowadays....Breakfast had great choices and breakfast host was very attentive and all staff was welcoming. Location is also great right off of I-75

Friday night loud group of females in parking lot near lobby at 1am, followed by two males shouting in parking lot near lobby area at 2am. No action was taken by staff. No sleep that night.

My overall experience here was fabulous! Close to Vining, GA, shopping, restaurants, etc. The second day I was here, they ran out of the nice cinnomon rolls for breakfast and replaced it with hot muffins. Breakfast was really good, had hard boiled eggs, etc. The yogurt was not light so anyone with blood sugar issues couldnt eat the 27 grams per reg. yogurt! Staff was delightful and very accommodating. They were replacing carpet while we were there, but wasn't a big deal at all! Will return!

I needed special accommodations for my staff and the staff was very helpful in staying at this site. And the breakfast selection was outstanding. I have never seen such a good selection before. Good people to be with and I recommend highly.

The location was great, staff was awesome. We found the rooms to be very clean and beds were comfortable.
The location is perfect if you are heading north out of Atlanta, we did not experience any rush hour traffice issues the morning we left. The south bound traffic was backed up at least 10 miles out.
