The staff at the desk was very nice and welcoming. We have been at other Holiday Inns in Tennessee and Kentucky and the front desk
Staff has not been friendly, almost to the point of being rude. I feel
That this Holiday Inn is well managed and that the employees enjoy

We were traveling with friends back from our vacation. We both found our rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk (Elizabeth) was wonderful, very pleasant and professional. She was very helpful and was able to book our next nights accomodations for the four of us at the Holiday Inn in Nothern Ohio. I would recommend this hotel to our friends without any hesitation.

The parking lot was extremely difficult to use. Each spot was barely large enough for a small car and most guests had larger vehicles that were parked over the line. There was a semi truck with a large boat taking up at least 10 spots and another semi truck taking up at least 3-4 spots. The room was dingy and dark, wallpaper peeling, stains on ceiling, no darkening curtains for the window, bed was not comfortable, only 1 nightstand for a king bed, bathroom was cramped, shower curtain rod was loose causing curtain to keep opening, tub bottom felt like it was going to collapse, exhaust fan did not work, and elevator required key card access out of reach of door.
Would never stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The only downside was the hot tub was down for service. You would not know this until you changed into a bathing suit went downstairs, entered the exercise room and read the sign.
If you are heading north on 75 thru Atlanta, you have to cross several lanes in a very short distance to get to the exit for the hotel. We did this on a Saturday night so it was not too bad. Could be tough during regular rush hour.

We arrived very late after driving directly from key Largo. The evening desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. After breakfast we had difficulty with the key card entering the elevator area. A housekeeping lady who was nearby took the time to help us. Obviously a hospitality oriented staff at this hotel! Thanks

While on a business trip to Atlanta, my husband and I stayed at the HI Express Marietta. The staff was extremely professional. As Priority Club members, they upgraded our room as requested. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot, fresh and the staff member greeted us when we walked into the breakfast area.
The security was was good. The access key card was required to enter the elevator or stairway to floors where rooms were located.
We will stay here for all future business trips when meeting with clients in the Marietta area.

Nice property overall, but if you need the Internet, better plan on working in the lobby. At first I thought it was just me but I asked someone else that was workinging in the common area and he said that he had the same problem as did someone that I spoke with on the elevator. Other than that, a nice place. Maybe just avoid the 4th floor!

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room clean. Sevice was very professional. In room Internet is greatly appriciated.
Breakfast is okay, I am not a fan of contential breakfast or pre papared food that is just heated up. I typically only east the cereal and fruit.

The room was comfortable and quiet, but the operating details were lacking compared to the competition. The exercise equipment was poorly maintained , i.e., inoperative switches that had obviously been that way a long time, inoperative treadmill, and no towels, and the breakfast choices were limited and on the very low budget side.
Two of the desk clerks made a practice of greeting the customers while two others acted like they were trying to hide.

This was a last minute decision to stay here and it was the best decision I made. The checking in and out was great. They were wonderful people. The room was large and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The desk staff was SUPERB.....very accommodating and helpful about the area. Issue was with the rooms. While I know I was not at an Intercontinental, everything seems very cheap...the beds we not very comfortable.

The room was very clean, basically new, and there was no noise to disturb your sleep, except for the room heater. The fan was very noisy and I had to fidget with it for a while to switch it off.
We did not have much time for breakfast before leaving, but overall I would recommend this place if you have to stop along the interstate for a night. It's easy to find and convenient as a location near Atlanta.

recommend u book a king size bed....all beds are full size not queens which was a problem if you are used to king size. The heat was not working in our room and the staff was very helpful in moving us to another with a king size bed and sofa bed. This room felt much more homey. and we had plenty of room for the three of us. Never made it down for breakfast. was in town for a wedding and found it was convenient to all our activities.

I had an overall good experience at this location. There was only one hiccup that I'll note. I arrived very late to check in after flying in from Turkey and gave the wrong credit card, which was already maxed out. The person on duty called my room at 6:00am to tell me this, which is not a huge deal, but it was quite early, especially after flying for 16 hours from around the world. I was able to get the new card number within a minute to them, but the person on duty in the morning apologized and said that he should have just put a note under my door. Other than that, it's a clean hotel and had a good breakfast. I would recommend this location.

The shower floor wasn't dirty but stained and looked bad. The hallway baseboards were gone on our floor. Being replaced, I hope. The shower head would not adjust and was pointed straight down. Bathroom lighting was terrible. Breakfast bar was excellent, coffee delicious. Staff were friendly and professional.
Lobby area needs updated, very tired and plain looking. This is a good basic hotel with convenient location so I will be staying here again. Hopefully next time they will have made some improvements and it will be nicer.
Priority Club Membership recognition consisted of the receptionist handing me a bottle of water.

Giant hot blowers in the lobby when we arrived with no explanation from the front desk person. It was 100 degrees in the motel and uncomfortable. We have always stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in our past business trips to Atlanta but will look for a new place to stay. With the hot blowers running it was difficult to keep the room cool enough to sleep. We found out several days later the fire sprinklers had been activated for the entire motel and they were trying to dry everything. Breakfast was uncomfortable due to noise and heat. Housekeeping did not replace our drinking or coffee cups daily and the front desk did not seem to care.
