Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel decent for area but could be better. My girlfriend and I were expecting our child at anytime. I had booked these reservations for myself and my family so that I could sleep and for them to stay while we were out of the hospital. Working in a hotel I really don't like to complain or argue with the agents due to I know how it feels when someone else does. But when the day arrived and our baby was about to be born I called the hotel to put my mothers and fiance's name on the reservation they were able to do that for me. I was at the hospital they went to check in because i wouldn't be there till 2 or 3 in the morning. When they went to check in they went to give them their cards on the reservation the agent told them they did not need to take a fop because they are using a method of payment. Which to my knowledge they have to ask for a form of payment and I.D. when someone checks in. I was very upset because they were going to cards on file till i could put my Credit card on the file not my debit card. To where my bank account went into the negative. I had to call my bank and transfer money due to that process. This could of been avoided by just taking a form of payment instead of assuming that the card on file was payment. They Lady that was working in the morning of the 6th i believe her name was Pam she was tremendous help and had great service. April 9, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not our best experience Our room didn't have a refidgerator. While the person at the service desk switched our room she acted like we were creating a big hassle for her. One day we didn't get any wash clothes when our room was made. One of the days the hot tube had an oily substance on the surface. We had to have keys remade twice during the three day stay because they would not work in the door. As far as the food goes, there was a good selection, but the pancake machine was broken for two of the days. All in all, not a very good experience. We'll be trying a different hotel the next time we are in the area. March 5, 2013
