Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff service to help resolve air condintion problem Location is great. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel. Very convenient to the train station. Staff was great. We arrived at 9 and they were very helpful in finding a nice convenient restaurant for us to have a relaxing dinner after a long day. However, air conditioning did not work in the room. The staff tried to get it to work, but couldn't. They were helpful in moving us to a new room after working on it for two hours. Great to have an air conditioned room but was not a very relaxing evening. Staff was great the next day in giving us a late check out and helping us with directions. May 14, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Marseille Trip Hi, Hotel was fine. Staff couldn't speak English. Reception staff were extremely poor. Staff charged me for 3 nights when they made it clear at the start they would only charge me for 2. VERY ANNOYING. Won't be going back. Thanks Rich April 7, 2013
