My expectations of this property more than exceeded my expectations. The staff were especially warm, friendly, accommodating, service-oriented, patient and smiled! Shall definitely make this hotel my stay of choice the next time I or anyone I know who will be visiting the Marshall area.

Very nice Hotel, clean, good service, good variety of breakfast choices....very clean and well stocked breakfast area. We enjoyed our stay here,,,, very relaxing. Plan on coming back again.

I was very disappointed in my stay. I have stayed there 2 times before. As a loyalty member, I expect that the welcome gift be offered. It was not. I had to ask about it. The employee who worked in the breakfast area was not very pleasant, she constantly kept saying that she could not wait until 10:30 (when the breakfast area closed). Our housekeeper felt that the guests were burdens as well. The housekeeper, I am assuming she was an employee, because she never had on a uniform or an id. She wanted to clean our room very early and when I asked her to come back she said that she would. But she did not. The second day she only stopped by to pick up towels. I had to request full service and she really seemed bothered because I asked that of her. I will select another location next time.
