Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and comfy room! We were traveling home after a vacation and had our dog with us, so we could only choose certain hotels for our stops. We'd stayed in HI Express hotels before and were always happy with them, so we felt like this site in Marshall TX would be nice as well. The staff at check-in were very friendly and explained the pet deposit (we already knew there was one), the internet services, and the hotel amenities. Our room was so clean and comfortable (the whole hotel looked brand new); the beds were just right, with lots of pillows, which I love! When we'd take our dog out for walks, the staff would just dote on her and be so sweet to her. The room was very quiet, and we had a great night's sleep. The price of the room was very reasonable, and competitive with other hotels we checked when making our reservation. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and family. The location is good for the area however it was hidden off on a back frontage road even thou it looked like it was right off the freeway. It is at the end of the frontage road next to a truck stop. Many of the restaurants and fast food locations are across the freeway. October 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly helpful Staff We came for a wedding and they were overbooked but the staff had a solution to give us a 2nd room that was suppose to be connected but then upon further review the rooms were not and since we had 2 younger children we had to split us my husband and I up. This was very awkward since we had one suitecase for the short overnight stay and came over for a wedding. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accomadate us but it would have been nicer to have the suite we had booked. The only other issue is the rooms smelt like dog. October 2, 2014

DUE TO CONSTRUTION IN THE AREA IS WAS A LITTLE HARD TO GRT TO THE HOTAL BUT THAT SHOULD NOT REFLECT ON THE QUALITY OF THE STAY. September 23, 2014
