Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Clean but noisy heater and no hot water During our stay we got little sleep due to the noisy room heater and had to have cold showers due to no hot water. The front desk were apologetic but no resolution to the problems. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. February 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and responsible staff! I arrived before my husband, though I told the front desk staff that he would be arriving shortly, the staff I told went off shift. The next staff person, called the room to verify that I was okay with her giving out the room number! What great staff! To be concerned enough about my safety and well-being, she didn't give out the room information out! I highly recommend Bloomington N- Martinsville! October 22, 2012
