Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptionally accommodating staff! I am working as a part of a field campaign that studies nighttime thunderstorms in the plains. This makes for an unusual sleep schedule and an even tougher hotel schedule. We often do not check into the hotel until after sunrise. The Holiday Inn Express in Maryville, MO was exceptionally accommodating to our needs. The front desk offered us a 2PM late check out. When I went to check out, they asked if we needed more sleep and offered us a 5 PM check out for no extra charge! We unfortunately had to decline the offer since we were pressed for time to reach our next destination. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the offer. The front desk staff also opened the breakfast bar up for us at 2PM and offered us yogurt, cereal, bagels, fruits, and beverages. The staff far exceeded our expectations and as a result, we now seek Holiday Inn Expresses for future stays during the duration of our stay. I will also search for Holiday Inns for my future travels as well. Thank you! July 7, 2015
