The lady at the desk at checkout was helpful and the breakfast lady was very friendly. Nice choice of breakfast items and it was very clean and organized. The hot tub and pool were both amazing. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the choices of pillows. Would highly recommend this facility! August 31, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Super-Courteous Staff, So-So Room Comfort Kudos to the front desk and breakfast room staff -- they were very courteous and friendly, helping me out where I needed it. However, the room air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room, resulting in a chilly room with tacky carpeting and bedsheets. My travel experience tells me that this is usually the result of the unit having been shut off and/or the carpet just cleaned prior to my visit. I had to shut off the air conditioner overnight, as it was too cold to be comfortable, considering the moist air. Even so, I slept well. August 10, 2015
