The staff made sure I got the best price and appropriate points on my account. The room was clean and well appointed for the price. I expected a mini fridge for the price, just because that's pretty typical of most hotels I stay in nowadays. But it was a nice stay anyway! The staff and the breakfast selections are wonderful!! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, which I appreciated so much! I would definitely recommend! January 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and friendly staff We have stayed there several times and will again. However this time our remote for the TV did not work. Would not change channels. Also, the heater shut on and off all night and every time it shut off it made a Ping noise for a minute or so. Very annoying and totally interrupted my sleeping. We would have told the staff but we were not in the room much to use the TV and I did not want to move to different room for a better heater in the middle of the night. I finally shut the heater off. We have always had a good experience before and will definitely stay there again. Everything else was great. January 5, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some help Chose this property because it had a hot tub but both nights I stayed there it was scalding hot and thus unable to use. Although staff said they would lower temperature, nothing was actually done. Exercise room has no ventilation so it was difficult to work out. Thermostat in room kept blowing cold air directly onto bed both nights even though set on heating (it was below freezing outside). On the positive side, staff were friendly. January 1, 2015
